CMT Program - CMT PLUG - 4240 M

The cementing program proposes cementing operations on well AZNS-175 to set a cement plug at 4240 meters measured depth. Dry blend cement with silica flour will be used to cement inside the 7-inch liner. A 118 pounds per cubic foot cement slurry will be pumped from 4240 to 4179 meters to set the cement plug. Safety policies and procedures will be reviewed before operations begin.

Executive Summary
Enclosed are our recommendations for NIDC Cement Engineering and Planning Department
intervention on the referenced well. The proposal includes well data, materials and resources
requirements.

NIDC has established a safety policy to which all NIDC personnel must adhere. A pre-job safety
meeting will be held with client representatives and other on location personnel to familiarize
everyone with existing hazards and safety procedures. We would appreciate close cooperation
between the client representative and the NIDC representative to ensure a safe operation.

Cement plug will be set at 4240.0 m MD. Dry blend cement with silica flour designed will be
used to cement inside 7" liner; 118 pcf main cement slurry will be cemented from 4240.0 m to 4179.0

IX. Cementing Procedure

1. Clean up pump truck tanks and preparing chemicals for mixing fluid.
2. Fill up pump truck tanks with 5.0 bbl Fresh Water for mixing fluid.
3. Before start running Coiled tubing, starts mixing cement additives and preparing mixing fluids
according to below cement mixing procedure.
Main Cement Solution mixing procedure:
Add Defoamer to Fresh water and allow mixing for 5 minutes.
Add O-UNIFLC5 and allow mixing for 10 min.
Add JP-450 and allow mixing for 10 min.
Add O-R12 and allow mixing until the cement operation will finish.
4. After running coiled tubing to 4240.0 m, start circulation at least one pipe cap volume.
5. Pre job safety meeting with involved Personal.
6. Test cement line W/4000 psi
7. Pump 5.0 bbl Salt saturated water as spacer ahead.
8. Mix and pump 7.0 bbl Main cement slurry. (118 pcf)
9. Pump …. bbl Salt saturated water as spacer behind.( calculate at well site)
10. Displace cement with … bbl drilling fluid. (calculate at well site)
11. POOH coiled tubing to … m. (At least 30 m above top of cement).
12. Start Circulation at optimum rate.
13. POOH coiled tubing to surface.
14. Close the well and wait on cement to get hard.

Note: Coiled Tubing volume calculation and back pressure operation should be done by Coiled
tubing operation supervisor before the cement job.
