The business name is ADONIS (ADD-ON-INS) selling fried tofu with a variety
of flavors and dippings. The main objective of the business is to satisfy the cravings of
the customers by providing them our best fried tofu with a tasty batter and unique sets of
sauces used as dippings of the tofu delights. The owners want to make it unique by
inserting new flavors to the tofu that would be likeable by the customers and surely
come back again for more. The owners also want to serve the best for the consumers and
recognize the unique business of fried tofu with a variety of flavors and become the
most popular among other food stalls.

Fried Tofu by ADONIS is a unique and innovative culinary venture dedicated to


satisfying the cravings of its customers with a diverse range of fried tofu flavors and
delectable dipping sauces. Our flagship product, fried tofu, has been elevated to an art
form with an array of mouthwatering flavors and a selection of exquisite dipping sauces.
We take pride in crafting flavors that are not only loved by our customers but also keep
them coming back for more. Our primary target market comprises Grade 11 and Grade
12 students, teachers, faculty, and workers of Limay Senior High School.

of Limay. With our dedication to uniqueness, quality, and customer satisfaction, we are

II. MARKET ANALYSIS

The Limay Senior High School's teachers, utility employees, and students in grades 11
and 12 are potential clients. Males and females who are 16 years of age or older. The expected
allowance for these potential customers is 50 PHP or less.

Although the fried tofu that the entrepreneurs offer may be well known to many
students, the entrepreneurs keep the cost affordable to attract those who enjoy fried tofu to
purchase it. Limay Senior High School will offer the product to its around 3,000 students, of
whom 1,500 are believed to be in Grades 11 and 12, and 1,500 to be in Grades 12.

Sales could increase given the size of the target market, but they can fall short of
expectations since rivals may provide products that are identical to or, if not entirely, at least
closely related to those of the brand. An affordable price will be charged for the fried tofu.
Entrepreneurs make sure to provide customers with a reasonable deal while taking into account
the previously mentioned allowances. The store can only make 5-7 various varieties of an
estimated 100 pieces (full square pieces) of tofu every day, which is one of the setup's
weaknesses.

The business operation will begin at 10 am and most likely last for 5 hours, or until the
products have been sold. The principal, assistant principal, and subject teachers' authorization is
requested in accordance with the legality of the activity.

The team's venture involves the sale of fried tofu, primarily targeting students
from Limay Senior High School. In ADONIS, the packaging is not only hygienic but
also aesthetically pleasing. The product is reasonably priced, making it a worthwhile
choice for students and school staff who have a fondness for fried tofu. The tofu
servings are placed on paper trays, and they come with a variety of sauce options,
such as BBQ, Honey Garlic, Teriyaki, and Honey Lemon.

The team decided to pursue this business opportunity because fried tofu is a
widely recognized street food. However, they have added a unique twist by offering
customized dipping sauces. This is especially appealing to students who enjoy street
food but are seeking a departure from the usual flavors. The team possesses
knowledge about the tofu's preparation, the ideal ingredients to cater to a broad palate,
strategies to attract customers, and more.

IV. MARKETING AND SALES STRATEGY

One of the most effective way to increase sales is a very effective marketing
and sales strategy. And with that, the owners decided to come up with:

• Highlight the nutritional benefits of tofu, such as being a great source of protein and
essential nutrients. Emphasize how tofu can contribute to a healthy and balanced diet,
particularly for those who are vegetarian or looking to reduce their meat consumption.

• Encourage Grade 11 and 12 students who already consumed the product to share their
experiences through a sticky note that will be found on our freedom wall.

• Taste Testing: Organize a free sample of each tofu flavors

• Promotions and Discounts: Offer discounts to students who will avail tofu (thrice in a
row)

• Content page: Develop engaging and informative content about tofu, such as videos,
or infographics targeted towards senior high school students

The ingredients will be bought from the public market. Some of the products like the
sauces will already be made, but the tofu will be cooked freshly in the site. The cooked tofu
will be presented in food trays, and the sauces will be in containers where they could dip their
tofu in.

There would be an area where the students and school personnel can directly buy the
product, but they can also pre-order on the given Facebook account for delivery service to
their rooms. The delivery will be limited to the school premises only and also with a fee of P5
for the service charge.

For any inquiries, the customers could reach the team through their Facebook
accounts.
