RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PUNONG BARANGAY JOENEL S. CUANANG
AND THE BARANGAY TREASURER NORALIZA S. ORTAL AS THE PRIMARY
SIGNATORIES TO ALL WITHDRAWALS / TRANSACTIONS OF BARANGAY
QUILING NORTE, CITY OF BATAC, ILOCOS NORTE.

WHEREAS, the new set of elected Barangay Officials during the 2023 Barangay and SK
Elections on October 30, 2023 assumed office at noon of November 30, 2023;
WHEREAS, it is a mandatory obligation of the LGU to update its authorized signatories
after the election;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay hereby authorize the following signatories to
withdraw/transact business for and in behalf of the barangay:
1. JOENEL S. CUANANG - Punong Barangay
2. NORALIZA S. ORTAL - Barangay Treasurer
NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Barangay of Brgy. #16-
N Quiling Norte, Batac City, Ilocos Norte, in session duly assembled, to authorize the above-
mentioned barangay officials as primary signatories to all withdrawal and transaction of this
barangay.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the DILG Office,
Liga ng mga Barangay, Barangay Depository Bank (Landbank Batac), City Accounting Office
and all others concerned for their information, guidance and record purposes;
