With the deepest gratitude and appreciation, I humbly give thanks to the

people who patiently helped me in making my on the job training possible.

First and foremost special thanks to God Almighty for His goodness to me without whose

Grace and Blessings it would have been difficult for me to complete my training. I thank

Him for the good health He granted me during my OJT.

To my parents for their unending love and support, they provide all my needs financially

and morally for their patience and understanding. To all my friends and coworkers who

always motivates and encourage me and give me a hand whenever I can’t handle my

PREFACE

On-the-job training (OJT) is one of the best training because it is planned, organized and

conducted at the employee's worksite.OJT involves the acquisition of specific skills and

employment competencies, through exposure in an actual work setting, to the processes,

work tasks, tools and methods of a specific job or group of jobs. It can also bring fresh

ideas in to the organization. While training the interns,employers are in fact also teaching

their employees to process of guiding he trainees stretches their patience, develops

teaching skills and makes them more sensitive to the needs and mind set of the younger

generation.

Accommodating on-the-job trainees can truly be beneficial not only to the trainees but

also to the companies that provide opportunities for this type of learning. This is also why

trainees should take their internship seriously as it can become a powerful tool and

possibly even a source of recommendation when they take that big lift from being

students to career professionals.


DEDICATION

I dedicate this to my family and friends who has been my inspiration and strength, they

are the reason why I finished my training because they keep on supporting, especially in

my studies and part of this is my on-the-job-training. I would like to thank the Heavenly

Father for giving enough knowledge to continue in my chosen career.

In order to pay back their sacrifices and support, I promise to make everything to finish

my study. I know that God is always there to render support for me.

CHAPTER 2
INTRODUCTION

When learning is limited to the student's imagination, the knowledge they have

acquired from their college teachers is insufficient. It is for this reason that an internship,

also known as OJT (On-the-Job Training), is developed. Where realism is crucial, on-the-

job training is beneficial. Such training hours must be completed by students.

Additionally, it helps students acquire applicable information and skills through hands-on

experience working in their field of study.

OJT is crucial for students because it exposes them to the realities of the workplace and

adds to their learning in a variety of ways. If a student is participating in an internship or

OJT, there is a chance that the trainee will be hired after graduation. OJT is significant to

new graduate students when they apply for jobs. Some businesses or employers

frequently inquire about the trainee's training experiences and how they relate to the

position they are applying for. The greatest training environment for students is an

internship or an OJT because they get a sense of what it's like to work in the real world or

the reality of their chosen field. OJT or internship is the best training ground for the

student because it gives an idea on what to be a real worker or it gives the idea of career

realities that he or she had chosen.

CHAPTER 3
SUGGESTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Before undergoing On the Job Training student should be well organized to have
knowledge in they encountered

A. know the rules and regulations of the assigned company.

B. Always be aware on what you are doing to avoid accidents.

C. Know your mistakes and learn from it.

D. Always discipline yourself.

E. Always come on time.

Programs for internships have shown to be one of the best sources for finding potential

employees. The chance to get a closer look at candidates for future employment is

provided by internships. It functions as an extended interview and gives employers a

chance to observe a candidate's work ethic, knowledge, skill set, and attitude. Here are

some quick tips for student internship programs. Get to Know Your Interns, Before any

work begins, take the time to sit down with each of your interns and learn more about

them. It's one of the best ways to find new team members, grow your business, and

reach your goals.


EVALUATION OF EXPERIENCES

Evaluation of experience is also important because all you need todo is to evaluate
those things you’ve been experienced while in the place of work.

I have learned in this training that you need to be wise and knowledgeable about

such thing to perform well the task that are given. I’ve learned a lot here, it is one step

of being successful in your field work. It is more on appplication of the knowledge

you’ve learned while in the school. No pen and paper to use to write those information

you’ve been learned.

Whatever position you have in a restaurant, you will develop your ability to multitask and

deal with pressure. Additionally, you develop your capacity to communicate with

coworkers as well as with consumers through learning customer service skills.

We can all agree that running a restaurant is the best job there is. Since everyone has a

specific role and responsibility at a restaurant, each role is equally important. Finally, it's

about people; at the end of the day, it's about making the customers who visit your
restaurant happy. For me, I can honestly say it is one of the happiest jobs I've ever had.

Because of this, I became more confident to socialize with other people.
