Exact location : Cetralised Pump Room with UG /basement pipeline towards building towers.

Physical condition
The Hydrant & Sprinkler System are in good working condition.
Field devices are in good working condition. The system has been checked towerwise
Status regularly, hose reels are being checked individually. Basement valves checked &
serviceded. recently we have repaired two major leakages in underground sprinkler
line.SYSTEM WORKED PERFECTLY DURING INSTANT MOCK DRILL & TRAINING.
BOTH HYDRANT & SPRINKLER LINES ARE NORMAL & FUNCTIONAL. The star

Over all status of entire system For such a big system, it is working quite perfectly.

There were Two different emergency leakage situation behind club house. where the
Job done leakage repaired at night, we worked very fast to restore the System , fault repaired on
emergency basis, apart from that regular jobs are on schedule.

Cleaning & servicing done All Pumps & motors & field devices checked.

System description : Smoke Detection & Public Address System with Voice Command
Exact location : Reception Lobby of Every Main Tower with Slave Panel of next towers.

Physical condition
All Fire Alarm Panels in all Towers are Functional.
Status The P.A system of each towers are functional,all mic controles checked o.k, replaced
defective cables, . Officially handed over the system to Fire officer.
Any finding? We have installed the modules ,MCP's & speakers as provided to us.
These are under continuous maintenance process, we are trying our best to solve as fast

We have designed, fabricated & installed semi -addressable detection System at T-2 as
Job done prototype, it is integreted with the existing addressable system, performance checking
done , result satisfactory, running for last 45 days. One SMPS replaced at Tower 2.

At basement with electrical control panels for Jet & Exhaust fans. PLC
Exact location : Control Master panels are adjascent to the electrical control panels.

Physical condition
We have inspected the entire CO Detection System their individual checking
Status is done properly, 2 sensors found latching, that is being reaired & re
installed, now the system is ready. Nothing new to be mentioned.
