3. Door-Window frames
• Frames for Toilet doors, windows and sliding doors for
terrace/balcony will be of Black granite.
• Frames for bedrooms will be of Plywood with laminate
finish.

• Main door will be flushed door with both side veneer finish
• Video door bell will be provided for main door
• Bedroom doors will be flushed doors with both side
laminate finish
• Sliding doors for terrace/balcony will be of UPVC, 3 track
with mosquito net.
5. Windows
• Windows will be of UPVC, 3 or 2 track with mosquito net
• M.S grill coated with red oxide and painted with oil
emulsion will be provided for windows
6. Water-proofing
• Brick bat type water proofing for terrace/balcony and
toilet sunks
• Top of brick bat coba will be finished with IPS Pune, Maharashtra, India
8. Electrical work
• All the wiring will be concealed throughout the society
and for all the units
• Each unit will be provided Distribution box with MCB INFRA PROJECTS

Every existing flat owner will be given 20,000/- as rent
amount for their alternate accommodation till the possession
of the new flat. A 5% rise in the rent shall also be given to the
flat owners every year. Pune, Maharashtra, India
- Shifting Charges
Every existing flat owner shall be given 10,000/- as shifting
charges and 10,000/- as re-shifting charges.
- Corpus fund
Every flat owner shall be given 2 lakhs rupees as
betterment charges and additional 1 lakh rupees shall be
deposited in the name of the society as corpus fund.
