Project Work Methodology
A. Build temporary site boundaries enclosure fencing to maximize site safety to the contractors,
employer personnel plant and equipment, visitor, bystander and the environmental.
B. Use of the latest model of construction equipment that inflict minimal disturbance to the
environment such as sound/noise deterrent, smoke/fume machinery equipment.
C. Setting up risk management plan to guarantee employer and employee personnel, pedestrian
and plant and equipment safety.
D. Encourage and provide the construction worker and site personnel with the personal protective
equipment such as hard hat, safety cap boot, coverall protective clothing and earmuffs as part of
company duty of care practice.
E. Deploy the use of barricades, guards, fencing, shoring, temporary roadways, footpaths, signs,
lighting, watching and traffic flagging (lollipop personnel).
F. We will provide any rectification service if the need arise such as for access ways and property
damage.
G. Obstruction to the existing service such as utilities supply line will be minimized.
H. Encourage construction worker and site to comply with manual handling standard and workplace
ergonomic activity.
I. Posted site security and site entry reports point to ensure the safety of site plant, equipment,
environment and the personnel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Maintain site entry logging of any
visitors.
J. Build a temporary site compartment for daily administrational management.
Site office will be used to conduct daily meeting to oversee to plant and equipment safety
documents all well as general site induction prior to entering the construction site.
