‭month‬ ‭of‬ ‭August,‬ ‭I‬ ‭had‬ ‭to‬ ‭go‬ ‭out‬ ‭of‬ ‭town‬ ‭because‬ ‭I‬ ‭was‬‭employed‬‭by‬‭a‬
‭client‬‭to‬‭work‬‭on‬‭titling‬‭several‬‭lots‬‭located‬‭in‬‭Negros‬‭Oriental‬‭and‬‭Negros‬
‭Occidental.‬‭I‬‭finished‬‭my‬‭work‬‭and‬‭arrived‬‭in‬‭Cebu‬‭only‬‭on‬‭September‬‭15.‬
‭Worried‬ ‭that‬ ‭I‬ ‭wouldn't‬ ‭be‬ ‭able‬ ‭to‬ ‭comply‬ ‭with‬ ‭my‬ ‭monthly‬ ‭Notarial‬
‭report,‬ ‭I‬ ‭employed‬ ‭a‬ ‭secretary‬ ‭to‬ ‭aid‬ ‭me.‬ ‭When‬ ‭the‬ ‭day‬ ‭for‬ ‭filing‬ ‭the‬
‭monthly‬ ‭notarial‬ ‭report‬ ‭for‬ ‭the‬ ‭month‬ ‭of‬ ‭September‬ ‭arrived,‬ ‭I‬ ‭was‬ ‭very‬
‭busy‬ ‭working‬ ‭on‬ ‭several‬ ‭important‬ ‭tasks‬ ‭that‬ ‭I‬ ‭had‬ ‭to‬ ‭delegate‬ ‭to‬ ‭my‬
‭secretary,‬ ‭the‬ ‭duty‬ ‭to‬ ‭file‬ ‭my‬ ‭monthly‬ ‭notarial‬ ‭report.‬ ‭However,‬ ‭my‬
‭secretary,‬ ‭due‬ ‭to‬ ‭medical‬ ‭reasons‬ ‭had‬ ‭to‬ ‭take‬ ‭a‬ ‭leave‬ ‭of‬ ‭absence‬ ‭and‬
‭because‬ ‭of‬ ‭this,‬ ‭I‬ ‭wasn't‬ ‭able‬ ‭to‬ ‭file‬ ‭my‬ ‭monthly‬ ‭report.‬ ‭In‬ ‭the‬ ‭month‬ ‭of‬
‭October,‬‭things‬‭became‬‭very‬‭hectic‬‭when‬‭news‬‭arrived‬‭that‬‭my‬‭mother‬‭was‬
‭suffering‬ ‭from‬ ‭cancer.‬ ‭I‬ ‭went‬ ‭on‬ ‭a‬‭downward‬‭spiral‬‭towards‬‭depression.‬‭I‬
‭spent‬ ‭sleepless‬ ‭nights‬ ‭watching‬ ‭over‬ ‭her,‬ ‭ceaselessly‬ ‭praying‬ ‭for‬ ‭her‬
‭recovery.‬‭Though‬‭still‬‭a‬‭bit‬‭shaken‬‭by‬‭despair‬‭and‬‭grief,‬‭I‬‭endeavor‬‭now‬‭to‬
‭submit my reportorial requirements although belatedly.‬
‭ nder‬ ‭the‬ ‭circumstances,‬ ‭the‬ ‭undersigned‬ ‭humbly‬ ‭seeks‬ ‭for‬ ‭the‬ ‭kind‬
