2. After Offering Letter Received and agree , we will sent the Agreement letter separately.

CHECK OUT TIME AND CHECK IN TIME


Check out time at 12:00 noon and check in time at 2:00 p.m. No early check in and late check out will be
allowed.

CANCELLATION CHARGE
Within 30 days before group departure : 50% cancellation charge from all total revenue will apply.
Within 14 days before group departure : 100% cancellation charge from all total revenue will apply.

FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of any Force Majeure such as riots, earthquake or any natural disaster, the event dates can be
changed to another dates depending on room and meeting space availability. An advance notification will
be required. No deposit will be refunded.
