Physics Y10 Revision MK

The document provides a physics revision on energy. It defines energy as the capacity to do work and lists the main types as kinetic and potential energy. Examples are given of different types of energy like elastic, nuclear, gravitational, and chemical. Energy can be transformed from one form to another but is never created or destroyed according to the law of conservation of energy. Examples of energy transformations include a phone converting chemical to electrical to light and sound. Formulas are provided for calculating kinetic and potential energy.
