Job Interview For TaskUs
Job Interview For TaskUs
About CSR:
I applied as a teammate (agent) here in TaskUs. And as a teammate, it is my job to
handle and solve the inquiries of our customers through various channels such as voice
email, chat and sms text.
And today, I saw that the company encourages people to learn and to be ridiculously
authentic. Since I mentioned that I had a partner in my online business and at the
moment, I am part of three voluntary organizations. It is because I love nothing more
than to collaborate with other people. That’s why I’m planning to take a position as a
teammate in this company because I believe that they would help me leverage skills in
technology and communication on various platforms. Aside from that, I’m looking
forward to having a deeper understanding of customer service and sales to achieve
company goals.
All candidates are doing their best to be able to pass this interview including me, but
what separates me from them is I am willing to learn and I never stop pursuing
excellence in myself and in my work. There is nothing more valuable than giving
yourself a chance to grow.
I am very confident that I’m qualified in this position since I have the relevant skills that
you are looking for in a customer experience representative. During my college days, I
had been communicating with different people with different tasks to ensure the quality
of our output. I also had experiences in research, sales and marketing when we
established an online shop which made me become more detail-oriented I believe that
as a teammate, it is important that you know how to multitask, be flexible, to be
independent and I’m very much happy to share that I possess all these skills with you.
5. What are your strengths and weaknesses ? (STAR-Situation, Task, Action, Result)
It's because TaskUs’ digital initiatives perfectly complement their People-First culture.
And I also want to be part of the team who utilize these innovative technologies to
provide an excellent customer experience.
Failure. Its because when I have something to do, I’m already expecting to commit
mistakes or failure at some point. I already know that I have something to learn from it.
When I fail, I see myself growing and achieving milestones little by little. And that’s what
motivates me to work.
I'm not a fan of handling stress. I don't handle stress, I handle the situation/problem that
causes the stress. First thing I do is validate what's happening then accept it so I won't
dwell on it for a long period of time because it would just hinder me from making
progress.
I'm not a fan of handling pressure. I don't handle pressure, I handle the
situation/problem that causes the pressure. First thing I do is validate what's happening
then accept it so I won't dwell on it for a long period of time because it would just hinder
me from making progress.
STAR QUESTIONS:
When I was a sophomore, we had an all day camp in school and I had a chance to be
the team leader. Even though there were activities that were unfamiliar to me, I was
actually chill at that time because I really wanted to do it. So, I had to delegate the tasks,
I had to make the final decisions and of course, look after the whole Patrol/team. It was
a huge learning experience for me as it was not only my first time I had to lead
something. Overall, it taught me how a leader should get people to work together rather
than just giving them orders.
Honestly, I like to think of failure as a learning experience rather than a problem. For me
one of the failures I had in the business industry is when I let our business sleep for a
long time because I was too overwhelmed by the competitors. It was a heavy realization
for me and luckily because of that I had been given time to study more to improve our
strategies in the digital world.
When I got hired for a job for the first time . I applied as a fast food crew. I was not
prepared because I had to memorize the whole menu, I had to take orders, I had to
keep the waiting line short and I had to deal with different customers. I really got scared
because it’s unfamiliar and not because I'm incapable. And I’m thankful that I had to be
uncomfortable at some point because it gave myself an opportunity to grow.
