• Same design and style as the Spectrix Series

• Stainless Steel Construction (suitable with Adblue)

• Up to 300LPM flow rates.

16
Couplers Focus – Grease Coupler

• Manufacturer tests resulted in a flow rate to be 38kg/min

• Connects and disconnects under pressure (tested this @
+5000psi)
• Receiver has double retaining ball grooves designed to
ensure to it remains connected under high pressures
• All units comes with a cap and is also made of steel (no
plastic components)
• Flush face design prevents build up of contaminants
• Works with Dry-Break Principles.

Refuelling
Fuel Vents
In 2019, Flomax made changes to the length of the inserted tubes on internal and
external standard vents. This is due to reports in the field that vents were leaking due
to foaming being pushed through the vent.

The result the tubes now being 50mm longer that will cause the NPV to shut off
slightly earlier

Notethat Components are not interchangeable

38
Non-Pressure Systems

When the nozzle is applied the

fuel enters the tank via the
receiver and also travels
through the signal line up to
the vent where a small
amount will drop into the tank
via the vent

39
Non-Pressure Systems

When the fuel level reaches

the fuel vent the signal line will
create back pressure down to the
receiver

The built in valve in the

responds to the back pressure
and shuts of the nozzle.

42
Unique Components

SplitFlangeAdaptor (SFA)

• Allows Non-Pressure Systems to

be installed on plastic tanks.
• Does not require plastic welding.

43
Unique Components

Non-PressureValves

• Allows for flexible system installations

with remote filling locations
• Newly released NPV-I allows more
flexibility for internal systems.
• 2” NPT Process Connections

44
Unique Components

Emco WheatonValve/Receiver

• Allows Flomax systems to use on sites using Emco Wheaton Nozzles

(typically Stevedoring Industries).
• Receiver and Valve assembly
(not suited for remote filling installations)
• Only suited to Internal systems currently.
• Same 2” NPT threaded connection like all Flomax Fuel Products
