b) Define Function and Array with syntax.
c) Write a javascript program to demonstrate the use of charAt() , charCodeAt() and
concat() function.
d) Design a simple login page using form elements.
e) Explain Read-Only element in javascript with example.
f) What is form elements.
g) What is conditional operator in javascript with syntax.

a) Explain intrinsic functions with program.

b) Define string in javascript ? Explain any 4 methods with suitable example.

c) write a javascript code to convert a string to a number.

d) Explain all Mouse Events in javascript.

Q.3 Attempt any Three of the following. 12 Marks

a) Explain the control flow statements with their syntax.

b) Explain getter and setter properties in javascript with suitable example.

c) Insert an image into a webpage .Write a script which displays the message when the mouse
is over the image .The co-ordinates of the mouse should be displayed if click attempted on
the image.

d) Explain the following methods of an array.

i. Shift() ii. Pop() iii. Unshift() iv. Push()

a) Write a javascript code to demonstrate objects as an associative array.


b) Write a javascript code to changing the background color of the text box as the user enters
some data in it.

c) Explain form tag with all its attributes in details.

d) write a javascript code to evaluate checkbox selected by user.

Q.5 Attempt any TWO of the following. 12 Marks

a) Write a JS code to create three categories – Fruit , Flower and Colour. Based on the
selection of category the items in the option list must get changed.

b) Write a JS code to display 10 elements of an array in sorted order.(Ascending /


Descending)

c) Differentiate between concat() and join() methods of array object with example.

a) Explain confirm() , prompt() and alert() function in details with example.

b) List the operators in javascript and explain logical and comparison operators with example.

c) Write a javascript program which computes , the average marks of the following students
then,this average is used to determine the corresponding grade.
