It is clearly seen from the above chart that the customers are getting more dissatisfied over time.
“Very Good” decreased from 30.00% to 10.05%
“Good” decreased from 28.71% to 10.05%
“Okay” has slightly increased from 19.03% to 20.10%
“Bad” has increased from 11.29% to 29.15%
“Very Bad” has increased from 10.97% to 30.65%

first quarter to 199 in 4th quarter.

Every quarter the revenue is decreasing by significant percentage. In 4th quarter the revenue
decreased by 20.18%

Average shipping days has increased from 57 days to 174.


Conclusion
Increased shipping times comes out as a clear
reason for decreased customer satisfaction which
has ultimately caused sharp decline in revenues.

Improving our processes to restore the shipping


time back to the normal level will increase
customer satisfaction and hence the revenue.
