Education 4.0.- 4.0 means transforming the future of education through advanced-technology
known as Fourth Industrial Education Impact (FIRE). FIRE means integrating technology in the

4.0 recognizes individual differences and Howard Gardner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligences for
no two learners are exactly alike. After that Ma’am ____________________, Master teacher II

synchronous and asynchronous. With the genesis of the new normal of education, learners are
exposed in different settings – modular learning, online learning, and blended learning
(combination of the two). Flexible learning provides a new avenue among learners wherein they
are catered with the opportunity and chance to lean everywhere. Moreover, it is good to consider
learners’ capability regardless of the learning modality that they are engaged to.
After lunckbreak, ____________________, Master Teacher II of __________________ along
with Madam ___________________, Master Teacher I of _______________differentiated the
direct and indirect teaching strategies for innovative teaching. Innovation is needed because of
the increasing number of needs and learning poverty. As teachers, launching innovation means
providing meaningful learning activities among our learners. To create an innovation, one should
always consider the weakness and strength of our learners; should always consider the learning
interests and abilities; and above all, one should always consider if the innovation is suitable to
the local community or not.
