I am a person of integrity with an entrepreneurial spirit, with solid leadership skills,


humanistic and catholic formation.

Responsible, active, enthusiastic with listening skills and oral and written facility, I have skills
to work in customer service.

I consider myself a person adaptable to the environment, with high capacity to respond to
globalization situations and promote initiatives committed to society.

I have knowledge in customer service strategies and continuous improvement.

I have a great capacity and attitude to work as part of a team and I am a dynamic and very
active person when performing any task.

• What program or position am I applying for?

Comprehensive customer service, competent and motivated to increase sales and establish
long-term customer relationships. Ability to facilitate experiences through high quality
customer service, as well as effective problem solving and complaint resolution.

• Why am I suitable for this program or position?

I have the appropriate training and certified by SENA for comprehensive customer service.
Highly results oriented, with proven skills in handling difficult customers and problem
solving. Seeking a position that will allow me to use my skills to improve customer
satisfaction and company efficiency.

• What are my future goals?

To become a customer advocate and business brand ambassador. To guide my team to


provide the best service possible. Sometimes, the news we give the customer is not good
news; but the goal is to do so with compassion and empathy, and in a way that we can offer
them the next steps to take to solve their problem. To be that person who motivates other
people to move a company forward, to be the face of it.
• ¿Quién soy?

Soy una persona íntegra con espíritu emprendedor, con capacidad de liderazgo sólido,
formación humanista y católica.
Responsable, activo, entusiasta con capacidad de escucha y facilidad oral y escrita, poseo
habilidades para trabajar en atención integral al cliente.
Me considero una persona adaptable al medio, con alta capacidad de responder a las
situaciones de la globalización y promover iniciativas comprometidas con la sociedad.
Poseo conocimiento en estrategias de atención y mejora continua.
Gran capacidad y actitud para trabajar en equipo y con facilidad para relacionarme
destacándome como persona dinámica y muy activa a la hora de desempeñar cualquier
tarea.

• ¿Qué programa o puesto solicito?

Atención Integral al cliente, competente y motivado para aumentar ventas y establecer


relaciones con los clientes a largo plazo. Capacidad para facilitar experiencias a través de un
trato de alta calidad con el cliente, así como una eficaz resolución de problemas y quejas.

• ¿Por qué soy apto para este programa o puesto?

Cuento con la formación idónea y certificada por el Sena para la atención integral al cliente.
Altamente orientado a los resultados, con habilidades demostradas para manejar clientes
difíciles y solucionar problemas. Buscando una posición que me permita utilizar mis
habilidades para mejorar la satisfacción del cliente y la eficiencia de la empresa.

• ¿Cuáles son mis objetivos futuros?

Convertirse en un defensor del cliente y embajador de la marca comercial. Para guiar a mi


equipo para que brinde el mejor servicio posible. Algunas veces, las noticias que le damos
al cliente no son buenas; pero el objetivo es hacerlo con compasión y empatía, y de una
manera que podamos ofrecerle los próximos pasos a seguir para resolver su problema.
Ser esa persona que motive a las demás personas para sacar a delante una empresa, ser
la cara de ella.
