LETTER OF MOTIVATION

Over the past two decades, technology has profoundly transformed civil engineering, particularly
through the integration of information technology into traditional design and construction sectors. I am
Aron K Shibu, an Indian graduate engineer dedicated to Civil Engineering, driven by a passion for
creative thinking and sustainable development. I eagerly anticipate embarking on a postgraduate
program to propel me toward achieving my career objectives

In my final two years of high school, my early fascination with physics and chemistry naturally extended
into a profound interest in the built environment. This foundational education not only deepened my
understanding of the nexus between creativity and science but also laid the groundwork for my
analytical thinking and research-oriented problem-solving approach. Engaging in a project to prototype
Le Corbusier's Villa Savoye during this period introduced me to the captivating realm of architecture,
sparking my interest in how innovative structures influence our surroundings. Furthering my education
at Visat College Of Engineering, Ernakulam, Kerala, in civil engineering equipped me with a robust
foundation in project management, sustainable practices, and engineering principles. However, it was
the realization that architecture is an art form seamlessly integrating aesthetics, functionality, and
societal impact that inspired me to pursue advanced studies in the field.

After graduating, I worked as a Junior Site Engineer at S&R Engineering Consultants for six months,
where I also handled Project Management. Working with professionals in the field also bolstered my
foundation and allowed me to apply what I had learned in the classroom. My decision to pursue a career
in civil engineering was further solidified when I had the opportunity to learn more about the cutting-
edge activities in management and construction. Subsequently, I worked as a Site Engineer and Project
Supervisor for Tony Daniel Young Gen Homes, which gave me the opportunity to grow as a leader and
gain decision-making strength.

It comes naturally to me to imagine. I believe that enrolling in this program would be a wise decision for
me, especially considering my interest in structures and my civil engineering degree. I am particularly
interested in this course at your university because it will improve my professional skills in
functionalism, endurance, and precision inclination. As I start this new phase in which I discover how to
develop my abilities and reach my full potential. I believe that enrolling in your university's program will
have a significant impact on my portfolio of knowledge and skills. Through the program, I hope to
expand my knowledge and learn new skills which will be very helpful when I work for a reputable
international company in the future. My long-term goals are to start my own business and advance the
information technology industry.

Given my innate ability to envision, enrolling in this program aligns seamlessly with my interests in
structures and my background in civil engineering. Choosing your university is a strategic decision, as the
course's focus on functionalism, endurance, and precision inclination will enhance my professional skills.
Embarking on this new phase of self-discovery, I anticipate that joining your Architecture and Cultural
Heritage program will significantly augment my portfolio of knowledge and skills. Throughout the
program, I aim to broaden my expertise and acquire valuable skills for future work in a reputable
international company. Ultimately, my long-term aspirations include establishing my own business and
contributing to the advancement of the information technology industry.

I wish to continue my studies at Hochschule Anhalt University of Applied Science because it has more
advanced teaching methods and higher academic standards than other universities. Therefore,
respectable employers will give me more thought. Students from other countries have a major
advantage over those from the German mainland because of this. Apart from these problems, foreign
students and tourists alike are said to feel reasonably safe in Germany. Upon searching the internet for a
university to enroll in a master's program, I discovered that Germany is well-known for being safe for its
foreign residents. Anhalt University of Applied Science is among the greatest universities to attend if you
want a bright future, per studies.

In conclusion, Anhalt provides the essential prerequisites for realizing my life's ambitions. The
education, study, or training obtained through this program will serve as a catalyst for my career. With
