Training Details
1. Timings - 09:00 AM - 12:30 PM

• Note : Colleges must access the link only on their Naan Mudhalvan Day allotted for their
respective zones.
The same joining link will work for every week.
 Instruction to be followed for joining the session by Faculty
To ensure the smooth execution of the program, we kindly request your assistance in adhering to
the following guidelines:

• Please ensure that all students are mapped to the Microsoft Essentials Course on the NM
portal. It is imperative to verify student details (Student name and mail ids should be mentioned
clearly without spelling mistakes) meticulously to guarantee accurate enrolment.

• If the students are joined as lateral entry, they may not have NM Id. In such case you have to
ensure each student to have valid email id to login to the portal for continuous engagement with
Microsoft course.

• Faculties ensure that the mapped students in Naan Mudhalvan portal should have
G-Mail or Outlook ID and same need to updated in the portal.

• Students are required to utilize an active G-mail Id/Outlook Id for signing in to the Microsoft
Portal and the same ID need to be exist in the Naan Mudhalvan Portal as students will able to enter
to Microsoft portal through NM portal only (Note: - Students can’t enter directly through the
Microsoft portal).

• Students must maintain the same Gmail ID for the entire duration of the program. Changing
the Gmail ID during the course will disrupt the flow of the program and affect the final results.
• Install Microsoft Teams on your device and log in with your email address or you can enter
into the Mentor led session through browser also.

• The college must have a laptop or computer system, a Projector screen with a stable internet
connection

• The faculty should join the session 05 minutes prior to avoid any technical issues.

• Spocs/Faculty are requested to collect training photographs and video testimonials and share
them to the Microsoft course coordinator –: Ms. Prathiba - 93612 76692,

the SUBJECT of mail)

• Attendance to be marked on a daily basis on a excel sheet. The attendance sheet format is
attached. A form will be circulated at the end of last session (7th week). The consolidated
attendance sheet should be verified by the spoc before uploading in the form.
