Happy Mother's Day Bakugou

Summary

Bakugou has two beautiful twin boys with his Alpha Kirishima, this is a story of how he
exeperiences one of his first real mother's day, all planned by his mate Kirishima

Katsuki Bakugou had never been the “typical” omega, he never wanted to be seen as soft or
helpless. He didn’t need a stupid pack, especially not an alpha for all he cared. He was 13 when he
presented and he had kept that ideal in drilled in his mind until he met a dumb redhead at UA

Kirishima was an alpha, proudly presented a year before UA and he had swept Bakugou off his
feet. Well- not really, it took 2 years for Bakugou to finally accept his courtship and 3 years for
them to bond for life

Once Bakugou had gotten Kirishima’s knot he craved it in heat or a normal tuesday afternoon, he
didn’t give two fucks if it was a stereotypical omega thing to do, he begged for pups and a knot and
little did he know Kirishima would give him both
When the pair had found out they were expecting they couldn’t be happier, they were still fairly
new heroes but Bakugou didn’t want to be the old parent anyway

At 7 weeks the ultrasound technician congratulated them on their /two/ pups

Twins

Bakugou pumped out a calming scent to his wailing alpha who was asking for multiple copies of
the ultrasound for just about everyone

At 18 weeks Bakugou had started to really look pregnant, the bump sitting pretty on his pelvis.
They also found out that they were having twin boys

Again Bakugou was comforting a crying Kirishima who nuzzled into the growing bump

Their group of friends threw a gorgeous baby shower for them, their entire families were there and
Kirishima hadn’t left his side the entire time, hand always on his waist or his growing ass and
giving it a squeeze

Bakugou thought he pissed himself one day lazing around the apartment waiting for Denki to show
up because the other omega had also found himself pregnant about a month ago and Kirishima was
at work since he didn’t get time off until the /actual/ babies were here

Bakugou cursed as he called his alpha and sent distress through their bond, shit was starting to hurt
and he didn’t have his alpha here. He couldn’t help but feel a little lonely

Luckily Denki had showed up within the next minute and they were racing to the hospital with a
panting and angry Bakugou in the passenger seat, he told Denki to “call my shittt alpha, if he
misses this he’s dead”

Kirishima had made it with time to spare, that is because Bakugous labor took 34 hours. And all
natural

It was brutal, Bakugou was sweating and crying every few hours. He got so doubtful of himself he
cried to his alpha he couldn’t do it, that it was too hard and he couldn’t.

The room stunk of Kirishima pheromones but it helped reassure Bakugou everything’d be fine.
The alpha cheered him on throughout the entire thing, his hand never leaving Bakugou’s

It was more painful than any battle Bakugou had ever endured. He was delirious and screaming by
the time the final pushes came, and then he had to push one more out, just one more.

He didn’t even register his alpha kissing his forehead or what he was saying that entire time, all he
was focus on was listening for his pups cries and getting the second one out

His screams must’ve been heard throughout the entire hospital getting the second baby out, but
when he heard his first pups first cries he needed to hear the second. And with one big push the
second baby was out and getting cleaned.

Bakugou’s head fell back as his pups’ cries filled the room along with his own and he could finally
have them in his arms

The first born was placed on his chest, a swirl of black hair on its pink head, Katsurou would be his
name. His twin, one with brown hair just like grandpa masaru was placed on the other side of
Bakugou’s chest, his name Eikou
His alpha chuffed happy as he sat close watching over his family, and Bakugou could only feel
relief in his body that he finally had his pups here and healthy on his chest, starting to cry because
they were hungry from all that work

The twins suckled from their mother’s chest happily and Bakugou thought to himself that he would
be the best damn omega to show his boys the best love and care in the world, and if one of them
happened to be an omega then they wouldn’t have the same insecurities Bakugou had back then

That was nearly three years ago and the twins are full grown toddlers now, Katsurou with a full
head of black spiked hair and Eikou with softer spikes and brown hair to be his grandpas twin. And
they had come into their features and personalities already. Oh and they became the Kirishima’s

Katsurou took a lot after his mother, he had Katsuki’s eyes and temper, but just like Eijirou he was
a complete sweetheart, always helping his brother and including him in everything. He was also an
angry crier again a trait from mama

Eikou wasn’t as hotheaded as his twin but they both were rambunctious boys who loved to wrestle
and get into it, even at two years old. He was a bit more shy than his twin and reserved much like
how his papa used to be but Katsurou always helped push him in the best way possible

The twins were amazing, they left Katsuki and Eijirou in awe every day with the new things they
do and the funny things they say

One thing Katsuki had never thought he’d be celebrating is mother’s day, if you had asked 15 year
old Katsuki what he would want on mother’s day he’d laugh in your face and say he was never
going to be one. But now, now it was among one of his favorite days

His first mother’s day wasn’t a spectacle or anything, the twins weren’t even a year old so the day
was filled with breast feeding and changing diapers. But Eijirou did get the entire weekend off of
patrol so he had their dining room turned into a romantic scene out of a movie with take out

It wasnt huge but he held one baby as his husband held the other and he couldn’t help but feel
prouder that he was these boys mom

His second mother’s day the twins were sick so the holiday really was forgotten except for Eijirou
kissing him at 3am when they were both dead tired waiting for one of their babies to puke on their
chests, he still appreciated the sentiment though, and his babies needed his care

They got better within the next couple days and his babies health was the only mother’s day gift he
had wanted

Now two years later the twins are little humans and they can actually do things now, and Eijirou
has the perfect mother’s day planned for his husband

Katsuki’s been back at work for a while and the boys go to daycare or their grandparents as their
dads are off fighting villains but what he didn’t know what Eijirou was taking off after lunch to go
visit the boys and remind them of their special hero plan

Eijirou hoped to catch the kids at daycare when they would make mother’s day gifts so that he
could hide them from Katsuki, and popping up there everyday the week before mother’s day paid
off

“Papa!” The boys squealed as they saw their father come into the room and they ran over as fast as
they could on their little legs
“My babies! Come here” Kirishima crouched down with a smile and grabbed his boys and picked
them up

Katsurou gave a crooked smile, looking eerily like Katsuki, and Eikou gave him a sharp toothed
smile, teething was a complete bitch for the poor baby but he looked so damn cute with his round
eyes and sharp teeth, just like Eijirou

“Now we gotta make some presents for mama right?” Eijirou asked them as they gave the same
nod, “Good let’s get started and we’re gonna surprise mama later”

He sat on the floor as his boys colored hearts and scribbled out all over the card, he helped them
paint their tiny hands to put the prints onto the paper. It was a mess but damn he knew Katsuki
would love it

He kissed the boys goodbye to get back to his patrol, Eikou had gotten sad when his papa left so
the last thing he saw before he left the daycare was Katsurou wiping his brothers face and taking
him off somewhere to play

God he loved his boys so much, he wanted to make up for last year's mother’s day and he hoped
the day he had planned would be enough

The week came and went and finally it was mother’s day tomorrow

The couple had put the boys down for bed in their cribs in their room when Katsuki had asked the
question

“So, what the hell are we doing for mother’s day?”

Eijirou froze while he was brushing his teeth, “I dunno what ‘ur ‘taln abt” he said with a mouthful
of toothpaste

“So tomorrow means jack shit?” Katsuki pressed from where he laid in the nest, turning on the
baby monitor to see his babies asleep “Whatever” I’ll just take the boys he thought

“Oh Katsuki stop pouting” Eijirou jumped on him and attacked him with kisses all over

“I’ve got plans with the boys tomorrow then, you can go to work” Katsuki said seriously yet he
was just trying to get his husband to spill the beans

“Babeeeeee youre no fun, obviously I have something planned now stop! You’ll ruin the surprises”
Ei nuzzled into his soft chest, Katsuki had a super plush chest before but after the twins his chest
was suddenly like a pillow

“yeah yeah, better be good” Katsuki scented him thoroughly before the settled in for the night

Eijirou got up early the next morning, careful to not wake his omega he scented his pillow extra
hard before sticking it next to Katsuki and getting out of the nest to turn down the baby monitor
and head down the hall to the babies

As per usual Katsurou had ended up in Eikou’s crib and they were sleeping together when Eijirou
drew the curtains open just a bit

“Awe, my babies good morning Katsurou,” he caressed black hair “goodmorning Eikou” he ran his
hand through brown hair, “up we go”

He grabbed his twins easily with one in each of his huge arms as they continued sleeping all the
way to the kitchen

“Time for breakfast, and then we get to make mama’s remember” He asked the sleeping children
but they had started to wake up as soon as “mama” came out of Eijirous mouth

He laughed to himself as he cooked two eggs in a pan and cut up some fruit to feed them as they
woke up on their blanket. Eikou was the first to get up and walk to Eijirou demanding he go
“uppie”

“Here baby it’s almost done,” Eijirou gave him a strawberry, “Go get Katsurou and then
breakfast,”

Eikou happily munched on the strawberry while he walked back over to his brother to wake him
up, butt in the air as he put his head down on the blanket where Katsurou was still sleeping

Eijirou smiled watching Eikou wake up his brother by poking him and saying “Kat! Kat!” and
Katsurou frowned in his sleep, he set up their high chairs and grabbed Eikou first, strapping him in
and giving him the berries before grabbing Katsurou

“Katsurou~ baby time to wake up I got some yummy food for you” Eijirou said softly but nothing,
“Me and Eikou are gonna make mama’s breakfast,”

Red eyes blinked open as the toddler mumbled “mama?”

“We’re making food /for/ mama baby,” Eijirou kissed his head before setting him down and giving
him his share of berries. He fed them their eggs and gave them water before cleaning up their plates

“Time for mama’s breakfast!” He said happily as he made Katsukis favorite

He had left the door open just a crack, so that he could just push it open with his foot but the boys
had ran ahead and slammed it open as they raced into the nest to snuggle their mama

“Mama mama!!” Eikou got to Katsuki first and then Katsurou, “ ‘top it Ei!” he whined because
Eikou had already gotten to place himself on his moms chest, nuzzling into his neck

“g’morning my little killers,” Katsuki smiled as he hugged Eikou tight and pulled in Katsurou for
kisses

“Kat, they’re not killers”

“Not yet, now gimme my breakfast” Katsuki started to sit up with the pups still clinging onto him,
“Did you two make this, am I gonna die?” He teased his pups and tickled their sides as their
giggles filled the room

“Happy mother’s day Katsuki” Eijirou set the tray down on the nightstand and kissed his husband
sweetly, pulling away just to peck his lips again and run his hand through blonde hair, “this is just
breakfast okay? we got lots planned” he smiled and gave the tray to him

“Oh yeah?” Katsuki started to eat his eggs and sip his coffee with his arms stretched around his
babies who started to pick at the fruit, “Dunce face already spoiled the surprise,” he said with a
mouthful
“HUH? What? Ughhhh babe it was supposed to be a surprise for you and the kids” Eijirou
slumped down beside him in the nest

“Not anymore,” he fed Katsurou a bite of eggs and then Eikou, “don’t pout, Ei. S’still nice”

“But it’s not a surprise anymoooooore”

“Shaddup you think I wouldn’t have figured it out when we have to pack for a picnic?”

“Ugh youre the worst” Eijirou snatched his sharp tooth baby back and held him tight to show off
his teeth for Eikou to copy the movement and chomp his needle sharp teeth

“You love me, now let’s get ready, gotta stop by the hags house I ordered some flowers and a
fucking expensive ass bottle of sake for her,” He said while he finished his food and coffee with
the help of Katsurou

“Babe, language” his husband scolded

Katsuki stuck his pierced tongue out at him and Katsurou looked up at his mama and copied by
sticking out his tiny tongue at his papa

“I take it back you /two/ are the worst, now, let’s go get ready then!” Eijirou tossed his son up and
caught him before getting up, but Eikou’s smile disappeared and he whined “mama, mama”

“I guess that makes us three the worst” Katsuki sneered

“Absolutely,” Eijirou put down the toddler and walked out of the room to pick out the boys outfits

“And don’t think about picking out their clothes!!!! Wash the dishes, it's my day off baby!!”

He went to the kitchen sink instead

After everything was cleaned and Katsuki was done he took his boys to their room and let them
play with their sea of toys as he picked out their outfits for the day, he never liked to match them,
he thought it was corny and made them more a pair than individuals

He dressed them in coordinating outfits, some shorts and shirts that were /too/ expensive for a baby
but he didn’t care, they were for special occasions anyways and a gift from their fashion designer
grandparents

He washed their faces, changed them, and lotioned them up before he dressed them one by one,
scenting them as he went covering them in his smell and slipped their shoes on

All the meanwhile his alpha packed their escalade with the stroller and diaper bags and all they
needed for the day ahead of them

They strapped the boys into their car seats and gave them sippy cups full of water and headed off to
Mitsuki and Masarus house to see if the delivery was made

Katsuki didn’t want to stay long, he sees his mom nearly every week since she lives so close and
watches the boys, and she didn’t mind it at all. She was going to enjoy her day off with her bottle
and her husband all night long

After that it was time to head over to a park farther out past the city to meet with their friends and
their babies
It was a secluded park near where Katsukis grandparents actually used to live, they pulled up and
they saw all their friends cars here already, minus mina and sero who were probably running late
due to mina always needing “5 more minutes”

They unpacked the trunk first with all the blankets, stroller, diaper bags, and the picnic basket and
cooler they had brought, hoping the babies would wake up with the sounds but they were passed
out in their car seats

Katsuki put out a calming scent before unbuckling and waking up Eikou, knowing they’d be fussy
from their rude awakening he knew the scent would at least help. He put Eikou in the double
stroller first before grabbing Katsurou to do the same

Once they were buckled up and covered by the shade to protect their delicate skin Katsuki grabbed
the diaper bag as Eijirou grabbed the other bags and they headed off towards the field

“They didn’t cry once during the car ride. I think my mother’s day plan is going extremely well,
wouldn’t you say Katsuki?” Eijirou smiled at him proud of how the day is turning out

“Yeah Ei, it’s just-” he stopped pushing the stroller, “Thanks, it’s really nice. And the brats are
amazing and fuck, this is really fucking nice of you and I’m happy your my mate and the father of
my pups, I wouldn’t want anything but the best for them.”

And he started walking again before Eijirou got to respond

“Awwwwwwww Kat youre so soft baby, motherhood changed you” They had started walking on
the grass and their friends were in view now

“Shut up, i love you dumbass, you already gave me the best gift for the rest of my life, the brats.
Now go set up our blanket” Katsuki pecked his lips and pushed him away as they walked up
toward their friends

“Kachaan! Nice of you to finally show up, now where are your babies” Denki exclaimed from his
seat on his blanket with Shinsou sitting opposite of him with their daughter playing in the middle

“Asleep so they don’t have to see your face,” Katsuki said as he checked under the cover to see his
babies eyes opened and looking around

“What a liar come help me up man” Denki was pregnant with his and Shinsous second pup and he
had barely started showing but he acted like he was huge already

“Shinsou help your husband,”

“He doesn’t need it he’s dramatic” Shinsou waved him off as Denki gasped and Katsuki took out
his babies from their stroller but they whined and didn’t let him put them down because they were
so tired

“Bakugou, do you need help?” Todoroki asked him from where he sat on his blanket right next to
Denki’s, they were going to create a giant cloth square once Mina and Sero would show

“No,”

“Todoroki help him, take your pick” Eijirou said as he placed the blanket down and all the toys
and picnic basket down, “Hey man! I haven’t seen you in so long!” he said to Tetsutetsu

“I know man! Two days is too long! How are my favorite twins?” Tetsu said with his own son in
his lap, silver hair filled his head and he had Todo’s grey eyes

“Well you can see they’re not too happy right now,”

Katsuki had given up Katsurou to Todoroki who was giving off his own omega scent to calm the
baby, but Katsurous pout was still visible, until Todoroki sat them down next to Tetsu and he
started to play with the other toddler

“Ah they’ll be fine once they wake up, that’s how Kousei was” Tetsu assured

“So, I have a question Bakugou, is two kids harder than one? Like duh it is but like bad bad?”
Denki asked from his seat

Katsuki had kneeled on his own blanket to change Eikou’s diaper after the long car ride, “It’s a
damn challenge is what it is. I have the best kids so I can’t say it’s terrible but these brats in the
beginning were terrible, didn’t get a wink of sleep”

He pulled up Eikous shorts and sat him on the blanket before Todoroki handed over Katsurou for
him to do the same, “But, it’s the best goddamn thing. You better be ready to give that baby your
all, and don’t forget about the other! I never had two at different ages so I wouldn’t know” he said
as he wiped Katsurous pale booty

“WHERE ARE MY CHILDREN!”

Mina came walking up with a blanket and Sero behind her, she set it quickly and snatched away
Eikou who had started walking toward her,

“Oh my baby, hellloooo” She tickled him and walked up to say her hellos to her friends and the
babies

They talked for a few hours, they fed the babies and let them play until they tired themselves out,
and Eijirou couldn’t help but notice how his mate looked /happy/ here with his friends and with his
children

It warmed his heart

When it had started to get late in the afternoon and all the babies were getting tired they decided it
was time to pack up and head back home because of the semi far car ride

They said their goodbyes and packed up the car, buckling in two tired twins in their seats and they
headed to their last stop of the day, which thankfully was still a surprise

“Where are we going” Katsuki asked, visibly tired with his hand outstretched to the backseat
where Katsurou was holding his fingers because he had gotten upset

“It’s the place you know- HEY NO it’s a surprise”

“SHUT IT YOU'RE GONNA WAKE THE PUPS” he whisper screamed at him while checking
that they were still fast asleep, “are we getting there soon, the suns about to go down”

“Yeah! A few more minutes babe it’s dinner and then home, swear”

Katsuki closed his eyes the rest of the way until he felt the car come to a stop and the engine turn
off. He opened his eyes to see they were in front of a little ramen shop that him and Eijirou used to
go to when they were courting back in UA, he used to crave it all the time when he was pregnant
with the twins

He was so happy he grabbed Eijirous face and kissed him to whisper ‘thank you’ against his lips,
he got out of the car quickly and unbuckled Eikou while Eijirou grabbed Katsurou and they walked
inside.

“Just us tonight baby, they already have our order ready. Come on,” Eijirou held out his free hand
and walked them to the little table they used to sit at all the time and there were already two high
chairs set and ready

The old couple that owned the shop had set the table up ready for them and set out a pitcher of
water and kettle of tea for them to enjoy, they sat in the back of the shop reminiscing on the times
the couple had come in on their first dates and now they’re here with their children

It was quite frankly a blessing

“You did all this Ei?” Katsuki put his baby in the high chair and pulled him close as he sat himself
down in front of his spicy ramen just the way he liked it.

“Yup, I hope you like it babe, I know how much you like this place and how we haven’t been here
in a while”

“I do, I do” Katsuki smiled softly at his mate, his husband, his world. He had made a regular day
and turned it into something so domestic and so family oriented and Katsuki /loved/ it

Yes he loved fighting villains and feeling the rush of adrenaline and the possibility of death but
this...this was fucking gold. To calm down for a day and just /be/ with his family.

With his mate who he had bonded with before graduating, with his two pups that put him through
hell and back but he loved more than anything in the world.

This was the life he never thought he wanted, but he’s damn happy that it’s what he got

They ate their ramen and said goodbye to the shop owners before heading back home to end their
day.

The twins stayed awake the entire ride home, energized from their last car nap and they were ready
to play when they had gotten home.

“Boys, let’s go bath time!” Katsuki said already walking to their room to grab their crazy soft
towels to get the bath ready

He could hear the taps of their little feet against the hardwood floor, no doubt playing with Eijirou
because he heard shrieks of “papa!” and the twins screaming to “ge’ him”

“Katsurou! Eikou! There’s a shark come save me!” Katsuki kneeled next to the bath as warm water
and bubbles filled half of it, two shark toys were in the bath that had become the boys’ favorite
bath time activity

“MAMA!” “MAMA!” He heard them scream /loudly/ before their tiny stomps came closer and
closer and they were at the door running toward Katsuki full speed

“Mama where da shark?”

“Im’ fight da shark f’you mama!”

“Quick, come here you gotta get in the bath to save me,” Katsuki grabbed Katsurou before he
could jump in the bath with his diaper on, Eijirou already undressing them before they had came

As soon as he was bare he jumped into the bath and grabbed both sharks, trying to drown them but
he didn’t know that wouldn’t work

Eikou followed right behind and he got mad that he couldn’t fight any sharks and tried to grab one
from out of Katsurou’s hand which turned into a tugging match and Katsurou angry crying

“Hey stop it, Katsurou give your brother a shark” Katsuki said as he took the shark out of his hand
to give to the brunette boy, Katsurou was not happy to say the least

Katsuki ignored the crying as he washed him up, letting Eijirou wash the other twin who wasn’t
giving nearly as much as a hard time, Katsurou still was crying, his shark forgotten

“Okay that’s enough, baby stop crying you’re /fine/“ Katsuki took his rinsed hands and wiped the
tears coming out of his sons eyes, and handed him the toy “You have a shark Katsurou why are
you crying?”

Eikou was content to sit and get bathed while his brother threw a fit, Katsuki scented his crying
child as best he could outside of the bath. Thankfully the cries died down and they finished up bath
time without tears and happy toddlers

They got the boys changed into their pjs and put them to bed in their respective cribs, but they both
knew they’d find them both in one crib tomorrow morning.

“Soooooo, how was your mother’s day” Eijirou asked as they themselves we’re getting g ready to
get to bed

“Fuckin’ terrible” Eijirou frowned at him, “Kidding, it was fucking great alpha” Katsuki let out a
seductive scent as he dried himself from his shower

“Oh really?” Ei watched his omega walk in all his glory to the nest where he laid splayed open,
filling the room with his scent to draw in his alpha

“Mhm, got me thinking about how I wanna be a mom again”

Eijirou walked over slowly yet dominatingly, looming over his mate, “But you’re already a mother
to my pups,” he whispered

“I want a whole pack, alpha” Katsuki pulled him in close with his legs, “Will you make me a
mother again?”

Eijirou was already getting hard and he could smell the arousal stinking the room, he was going to
breed the fuck out of his omega tonight and stuff him with his knot at least three times until he’s
sure his seed takes

Just thinking about seeing Katsuki round with his pups and breasts filled with creamy milk was
more than enough to get him going, he wanted that again, he /needed/ it

It had turned out to be an amazing mother’s day for Katsuki and hopefully by next year he’d have
another pup to call him mama
