There are different ways to describe dimensions in English, using nouns,


adjectives and verbs. The most common way is with an adjective or a verb, e.g.

The height of the vertical stabilizer is 11.76


m. The vertical stabilizer is 11.76 m high.

The length of the fuselage is 37.57
