INTRODUCTION

Push button control panels are basic yet important components in many applications where
operators need to control and manage various processes or equipment. It consists of a control
interface consisting of one or more push buttons, which are manually operated switches.
These push buttons typically start or stop specific functions, processes, or machines.

The push-button control panel is a user-friendly interface designed to operate and monitor
various systems. The push button itself is a simple but effective switch that can be pressed to
start or stop specific actions. These panels are used in a variety of contexts, from home
appliances to industrial machinery, and provide operators with a convenient and intuitive way
to interact with the equipment.

For example, in a household appliance like a washing machine, the control panel has push
buttons that allow you to select the wash cycle, and temperature, and start or stop the
machine. In industrial environments, push buttons on control panels can start or stop
conveyors, production lines, or other machinery.

Push-button control panels are fundamental to ensuring the efficient operation of various
processes and systems and play an important role both in everyday life and in industrial
environments.

OBJECTIVE

 Identify the component at the switch control panel

 Define the function of the stop, start release and step button
 Developed the program in switch control such as control lamp and push button
 Test the program
 Identify and solve the problem refer to exercises

COMPONENT/EQUIPMENT
1) PSV TESTING STATION

A pressure safety valve station, often known as a PSV station, acts as a system's
watchman. It's a set-up with Pressure Safety Valves (PSVs) that are intended to let
excess pressure from the machinery out, avoiding possible dangers like explosions.
The station makes sure that the system's pressure stays within safe bounds, protecting
both humans and equipment. In fields where maintaining accurate pressure levels is
essential for safety and operational integrity, it is a crucial component.
