A Semi-detailed Lesson Plan in Arts- Grade 10

I. Objectives

At the end of the session, students will be able to:

a. Identifies art elements in the digital art


b. Create visually compelling photography or video through using of cellular phones art (camera or
video)
c. Foster appreciation by discussing the importance of their technology-based production artworks
through applying art elements.

Motivation
"Art Element Scavenger Hunt"
Get different pictures of artworks that were created using technology, like graphic designs, videos, and
animations. These artworks should have different art elements like lines, shapes, colors, textures, and
more. Divide the students into small groups, and give each group a list of art elements (like lines, shapes,
colors, textures, and so on). Also, show them the pictures of the artworks related to their assigned art
elements. Ask them to carefully look at the pictures and find where those specific art elements are used.
Presentation
The teacher will present the topic of the day.

Discussion

Application

Divide the class into small groups of 4-5 students, assigning them specific art elements to create a
collaborative technology-based production artwork. Provide access to computers and graphic design
software, mobile phone. Encourage brainstorming, planning, and communication to enhance the overall
impact. Allow sufficient time for creativity exploration. During the showcase, students should lead the
discussion and analysis of the art elements used in the artworks they have selected. They can invite their
peers to share their insights and interpretations of how the art elements contribute to the overall
impact of each artwork.Encourage an interactive and collaborative atmosphere, where students can
exchange ideas, ask questions, and provide constructive feedback to their peers.

IV. Evaluation

Divide the class into small groups or allow students to work individually.
Assign each group or student a different technology-based production art form (e.g., graphic design,
video editing, animation, web design, virtual reality). Instruct the students to research and gather
information about their assigned technology-based production art form. They should understand the
key characteristics, techniques, and artistic elements associated with each art form. Each group or
student will create a slogan that captures the essence of their assigned technology-based production art
form. The slogan should be concise, creative, and reflect the unique aspects of the art form. After
creating their slogans, each group

V. Assignment
In a whole sheet of bond paper, the student will make a infographic organizer and they will put the
positive and negative on using or making technology based production art.
