DISCUSSION FORUM ON THE IMPROVEMENT OF CAMPUS SECURITY
OVERVIEW:
In line with the initiative to improve campus security, the School Governance
Council of Malayo-Buenlag Elementary School organized a discussion forum inviting
the concerned parents, school officials, as well as representatives from the barangay
officials, to the discuss the efforts to strengthen the security within the campus.

INTRODUCTION:
The School Governance Council of MBES conducted a meeting on August 14, 2023
to discuss the plans of the council for SY 2023-2024. The meeting concluded with
identified target of activities for the school year.
In this regard, this is to submit the Action Plan of the SGC of MBES for School Year
2023-2024 (see Annex A).

CONCEPT NOTE
BACKGROUND:
Due to the landslide caused by typhoon Marie in the Municipality of Urbiztondo, several
barangays are having transportation difficulties. The School Governance Council of
MBES conducted a meeting to discuss initiatives to address this concern and decided to
organize transportation service for students.
OBJECTIVE/S:
The project aims to:
1. Alleviate the difficulties in commuting to the school
2. Reduce the financial burden of transportation to the students
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
The main activities to be conducted for this project are:
1. Stakeholder consultation meetings
2. Procurement of Transportation Services
EXPECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
The project aims to deliver the following:
1. Provision of transportation relief for students
2. Ensure safety of students in commuting to the school
INDICATORS OF ACHIEVEMENT:
The following scenarios indicate achievement of the objectives:
1. Retained school attendance of students
2. Retained participation of students and submission of academic requirement
