Informal organization and its impact on the decision-making process


A field study in the main library of reading in the state of Djelfa

Abstract:
The importance of the study lies in informal organizations and their impact on the administrative
decision-making process, and the importance of the study lies in the scientific addition that the results of
the study can result in increasing the understanding of the nature of the relationship, influence and
influence between informal organization and the administrative decision-making process in service
institutions, and highlights the importance The application of this study in the recommendations it
presents that the managers of service institutions can benefit from in making their administrative
decisions after absorbing the mutual effects between the informal organization and the decision-making
process, and the consequent improvement of the levels of informal functional relations and the provision
of an environment conducive to making rational administrative decisions in Service institutions, and the
researcher used in his study the descriptive analytical approach, and the study was limited in its human
limits to some of the library officials using the interview tool, and its spatial limits were limited to the
main reading library in the state of Djelfa, and its subject area was limited to addressing two main axes,
namely organization Informal, and administrative decision-making in the main reading library in the state
of Mediator.
