Nature of the Business

QIPGLAM was created on September 20, 2022, by the owner, Ramiel Lanzar, and his
management team: Simoune Arcena, Chiara Garrido, Jilliane Inciong, Musashi Noda, Hannah
Quiamco and Vince Perez. The brand name is the abbreviation of the owner and his management
team’s names. The clothing brand embraces the qualities and values of individuals, and it also
offers locally sourced, sustainable, and diverse apparel. The clothes are for all shapes and sizes,
and the designs are not fixed to limited designs. As the world evolves gracefully but also with
various problems arising, whether social, economic, or environmental, the team has found an
opportunity to use the clothing brand to raise awareness and voice out their concerns for the
planet.

QIPGLAM’S goal is to provide affordable clothes that showcase a wide range of innovative
and fresh designs to the public. The designs are personally made by the team and they also aim to
be able to use the clothes as a channel to share inspirational quotes coming from the creators
themselves. The owner longs for the brand to be able to be recognized, and to build and manage
lasting customer relationships with increased social advertisements.

that produces locally sourced, sustainable, innovative, and diverse clothes. Also known as
QIPGLAM, the product is for men, women, and the LGBTQ+ community— a unisex product for
different body shapes and sizes. The product’s designs are not fixed to limited patterns.

The product has its own charm as it symbolizes the people who belong in the different
communities in the country. It spreads positivity and supports the idea of equality in current
society. These factors contribute to the establishment of a harmonious relationship between the
entrepreneur/s and customers. The following are the benefits of the product:

Specifically, our market will be including:

• Members of the LGBTQ+ Community who are looking for Unisex clothing.
• People of color wish to find clothing that fits them.

J&T Express, GoGo Express and Standard Express. These logistics chosen will only be applicable
for purchases done on Facebook marketplace or Instagram Marketplace. Nonetheless, if the
product was bought on affiliated online platforms such as Shopee or Lazada, the company will
comply with the logistics provided by the said platforms.

Marketing Channels
Social Media Platforms: Facebook, Twitter and Instagram

• Websites & Blogs

Website or blogs

The product will be promoted through the following:

• Social Media advertising such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok

• Giving flyers and posting some posters in a public place
• Word of mouth—the product will be offered to people close to the management
that will eventually lead to potential customers.

People

Headed by Ramiel Lanzar, the CEO of QIPGLAM Apparel, he will be searching for
different areas and platforms to which the product will be best distributed at. He will be devising
and implementing new design strategies and researching new trends in the fashion industry. He
will incorporate new trends to update the products. The Vice President, Chiara Garrido, on the
other hand, will be the one to oversee and direct the sales teams or departments to meet or exceed
sales revenue and contribute to the overall profitability of the company. The General Manager,
Jilliane Inciong, will supervise lower-level managers that will work for the overall functioning of
the company. She will be managing staff, overseeing the budget, employing marketing strategies,
and many other facets of the business. While the business owner plus the management team sort
their way through the success of the company, the customers will inevitably be the number 1 reason
for the success of the product. As the company aims to provide clothing to all ages, sizes, and
gender, this will be best handled under the care of the Marketing Manager, Hannah Quiamco. The
management team will be handling the overall distribution process for the product. The company
has sorted the overall production and distribution process of the product because it will be handled
with the different managerial positions assigned.

7
UNIVERSITY OF PERPETUAL HELP SYSTEM DALTA
Senior High School Department SY 2022-2023

Physical Evidence

The product will be packaged with eco-friendly

materials. As the group is conservative about helping
the environment, besides having designs about
environmental conservation, the group will be using
eco-friendly products, such as paper to package the
clothes.

Process

In preparation for the distribution process, the product will first go through the following:

Design making: The Technical Manager, Simoune Arcena will lead the design making
for the shirts that will be produced.

T-shirt printing: The team will be collaborating with a t-shirt printing shop that will help
the brand achieve it’s desired outcome.

Packaging: The packaging of the product will be under the supervision of the Vice
President, Chiara Garrido.

With all the costs of the production process, the SRP of the product will be devised by the
Finance Manager, Vince Perez, with the approval of the CEO, Ramiel Lanzar. Once the price of
the product has been devised, the Marketing Manager, Hannah Quiamco along with the CEO, will
be looking for potential markets to offer the product. The product will be shipped through a
particular logistic center founded by the Logistics Manager, Jazmine Paz.

PRODUCTION PLAN

Product Description
Our t-shirt company is dedicated to creating unique and eye-catching designs that not only
look great, but also serve a greater purpose. Our goal is to raise awareness about important issues
facing the environment and the world today.

Our t-shirts feature bold and vibrant graphics that are sure to turn heads and spark
conversations. From raising awareness about climate change and protecting endangered species,
to promoting social justice and equality, we strive to use our platform to make a positive impact
on the world.

We use only high-quality, eco-friendly materials in the production of our t-shirts, ensuring
that they are comfortable to wear and sustainable for the environment. By wearing one of our t-
shirts, you can not only look great, but also show your support for important causes and make a
difference in the world. Whether you’re looking to make a statement with your fashion choices or
simply want a comfortable and stylish t-shirt that aligns with your values, our company has
something for everyone.

Manufacturing process

The manufacturing process for a t-shirt typically involves several steps. First, the company
will source blank t-shirts from a supplier. These t-shirts are usually made of cotton and are
available in a range of sizes and colors. Next, the company will design the artwork or text that they
want to print on the t-shirts. This can be done using a variety of software programs, designed by
the team.

Once the design is complete, the company will send the designs and t-shirt to the printing shop
that they have collaborated with. In the t-shirt printing process, the designs will be printed onto a
special transfer paper using a large-format inkjet printer. The transfer paper is then pressed onto
the t-shirt using a heat press, which transfers the ink from the paper onto the fabric of the t-shirt.
The heat press applies heat and pressure to the transfer paper, bonding the ink to the fibers of the
t-shirt. This process is known as “heat transfer printing.” After the printing is complete, the t-shirts
are inspected for quality and packaged for shipping to customers. In some cases, the t-shirts may
go through a finishing process, such as steaming or pressing, to ensure that the printed design looks
its best.
