The 57910185 include a setup disk, a 232-485 convertor and a 9-pin COM cable.

1．Put the disk into the PC CD-ROM, then we can see there are two folders. We chooseTFLC2.1
and click into it. Double click the tflc2.1.exe install program. After the installation, a shortcut
icon will be appear on the destop window. Double click the shortcut icon, we will enter the
window in Photograph 7. We can choose Chinese or English, leave the password empty, then
click ‘tick’ to enter the window in Photograph 8.

2．Click ‘Floor Definition” to go to the next step

3．Now, we enter the main window of the program. We can choose open the stored files or save the
present content in the file menu.

4．We can choose the Com number in the Com setting menu. Be sure your PC’s Com port number,
and select the co responsible com number. If you are not sure, please refer to Photograph11to 13.

In the Device Management window, we can see the com port number of your PC under the Ports
(COM and LPT).

5．Please select the ‘GRAY CODE’ under the code menu.

6．Now we can input the content we want to display in each gray code. If the floor is more than 63,
we can click the next page icon to input more.

7．Connect the 9-pin Com cable with the 232-485 convertor, then connect another port of the 9-pin
com cable to the PC’s com port. The com port should be the corresponding port with your chosen
com number in the program software. If you want to program the 57914593 you can go on reading,
else if want to program 57914592, 57914591 you should jump to the page 11.

8．Using jumper cap shorting the J15jumper, the 57914593 will enter the definition mode.

9．Connect the 232-485 to the ‘FL_COM’ port of the 57914593.

10． Powere on, the 57914593 will display ‘000’.

11． Click the ‘Send’ icon , during sending, 57914593 will display ‘000’, ‘111’, ‘222’, ‘333’….

12．At last the 57914593 will display ‘GGG’ indicating the programming is successful. If there is
not ‘GGG’ displayed, even the PC shows ‘Sending completely’ it still considered to be not
successful.

8．Using jumper cap shorting the J4 jumper, the 57914591or 57914592 will enter the definition
mode. And connect the 232-485 convertor with the J8 on the board.

9． Power on，then 57914591 or 57914592 will display ‘COM’

10．Click the ‘Send’ icon , during sending, the ‘COM’ displayed on the 57914591or 57914592 will
be blinking.

11．．At last the 57914591 or 57914592 will display ‘OK’ indicating the programming is
successful. If there is not ‘OK’ displayed, even the PC shows ‘Sending completely’ it still
considered to be not successful.
