In the PowerPoint file:

1. Choose any subject to make your own presentation. Subjects must be


different between the students.
2. The presentation must include at least 5 slides. 1 mark
3. Different slide layouts must be used. 1 mark
4. Apply any theme, and change the background. 1 mark
5. Apply at least a transition to the slide. 1 mark
6. Change the Effect Options. 1 mark
7. Add notes to any slide. 1 mark
8. Include Bullets and Numbering lists. 0.5 mark
9. Change the bullet style, color and size. 0.5 mark
10. Insert a picture and format it. 1 mark
11. Add shapes and group them into one object. 1 mark
12. Apply animations to an object (text or image). 0.5 mark
13. Insert a video. 1 mark
14. Insert a chart. 1 mark
In the Excel file:
15. The inserted chart will be associated with a table ,change its value.
16. Add rows and columns. 0.5 mark
17. Change the style of the table. 0.5 mark
18. Merge and Center a range of cells. 0.5 mark
19. Use different number formats. (general, date, percentage ...etc). 0.5 mark
20. Change the alignment to center align of all text. 0.5 mark
21. Rename the worksheet to a different name. 0.5 mark
22. Create a formula using relative and absolute references. 1 mark
23. Use some of excel functions. 0.5 mark
24. Freeze rows. 0.5 mark
25. Sort the data using multilevel. 0.5 mark
26. Apply multiple filters. 0.5 mark
27. Group rows or columns. 0.5 mark
28. Format cells using Conditional Formatting. 1 mark
29. Add comments to any cells. 0.5 mark
30. Add a title to the chart and axis. 0.5 mark

You have to submit two files: Powerpoint and Excel.
