QUESO (1 cup)
▢ 250 ml fresh milk
▢ 100 gr cheddar
▢ 100 gr mozarella
▢ 25 gr parmesan

Brazilian style BBQ with Empanadas, Frijole, Chimichurri,


Picante, Queso & Pepillino
CHIMICHURRI (1,5 cups)
• 0,5 pcs onion, chop
• 3-4 garlic, chop
• 3 pcs chilli red fresh, chop
• 1 cup basil fresh, chop
• 1 cup Cilantro, chop
• 1 cup parsley fresh, chop
• 1 cup mint leaf, chop
• 2 dsp oregano dry, chop
• 1 cup olive oil
• 1 cup vinegar wine
• 0,5 cup lemon fresh
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 dsp sugar crystal

PICANTE (1 cup) • 1 tsp lemon, juiced


• 800 tomato fresh/can • 0,5 tsp black pepper, crushed
• 4 dsp olive oil • 1 dsp sugar crystal
• 0,5 pcs onion, chop • 2 dsp smoked liquid
• 4 pcs garlic, chop
• 2 dsp red wine
• 0,5 tsp oregano dry
• 0,5 tsp cumin powder
• 0,5 tsp basil dry
• 1 dsp parsley, chop
