ELECTION DAY
 Put up signs, statutory notices and instructions to voters and ensure
these remain visible;
 Set up polling booths (this will require some lifting);
 Prepared the polling station for the opening of poll;
 Kept the polling station neat and tidy;
 Checked and marked voters' electoral numbers in the register of
electors and on the corresponding numbers lists;
 Issued ballot papers to voters;

 Ensured that voters cast their votes in secret and put them into the
correct ballot box;
 Provided assistance to voters where appropriate, including helping
those that have physical difficulties in accessing the Polling Station;
 Undertook any other polling station duties on the instruction of the
Presiding Officer;
 Helped, at the close of the poll, the Chairman to dismantle the
polling station and ensured the building is returned to good order.

 Submitted the forms and election paraphernalia for May 9, 2022
