Question 1:
Creating a simple Calendar in Microsoft Word can be
accomplished by following these steps:

1. Open Microsoft Word:


Launch Microsoft Word on your computer.

2. Set Page Layout:


Go to the "Layout" or "Page Layout" tab and set the page
orientation to "Landscape" to better accommodate a
calendar.

3. Insert a Table:
Go to the "Insert" tab and select "Table." Create a 7-column
by 6-row table for a traditional calendar (7 columns for days
of the week, and 6 rows for the maximum number of rows
required in a month).

4. Adjust Table Size:


Click and drag the table to adjust its size to fit the page
nicely.

5. Format Table:
You can format the table to make it look like a calendar:
- Merge the top row cells for the month title.
- Adjust the width and height of the cells as needed.
- Format the days of the week in the top row.
- Adjust the font, size, and colors.
6. Fill in Dates:
- Enter the days of the month into the appropriate cells in
each row.
- Ensure the days align correctly with the days of the week.

7. Add Month and Year:


In the merged cells at the top of the calendar, type the
month and year.

8. Customize Design (Optional):


- Add a background color to the cells for a better visual
appeal.
- Include borders or shading to differentiate days or weeks.
- Insert clip art, images, or icons related to the month if
desired.

9. Save Your Calendar:


Save your document by clicking "File" then "Save As" and
choose a location on your computer to save the file.

Steps For Creating a simple CV

1. Gather Personal Information:


Collect details such as your full name, contact information
(phone number, email address, location), and if applicable,
links to your professional profiles (LinkedIn, portfolio, etc.).

2. Choose a CV Format:
Decide on a format for your CV. Typically, it includes a
header with your name and contact information, followed by
sections such as Education, Work Experience, Skills, and
additional sections as needed (certifications, volunteer work,
etc.).

3. Start with Contact Information:


At the top of your document, write your full name in a larger
font, followed by your contact information (phone number and
email address). Include your address if you find it necessary.

4. Detail Your Education:


List your educational qualifications in reverse
chronological order, starting with the most recent. Include the
name of the institution, degree obtained, and graduation date.
You can also include relevant coursework, academic
achievements, and GPA if recent or exceptional.

5. Describe Work Experience:


Record your work history, starting with your most recent or
current job. Include the company name, your job title, and the
period you worked there. Describe your key responsibilities
and accomplishments for each role.

6. Highlight Skills:
Create a section where you highlight your skills. Include
technical skills, languages you speak, software proficiency, or
any other relevant abilities that apply to the job you're
seeking.

7. Review and Edit:


Proofread your CV for any typos, grammatical errors, or
inconsistencies. Ensure the information is clear, concise, and
relevant. Tailor your CV to the specific job or field you are
applying for.

8. Save and Share:


Save your document in a common format such as PDF or
Word. Submit it when applying for jobs, and consider

Question 3:
Creating an assignment cover page for Arid Agricultural
University

1.Open Microsoft Word:


Open the Microsoft Word application on your computer.

2. Set Document Layout:


Go to the "Layout" or "Page Layout" tab in the toolbar and
set the margins to the university's standard (usually 1 inch on
all sides). Adjust the orientation to portrait if required.

3. Add Title:
Type the title of the assignment at the center of the page,

4. Include University Name and Logo:
