2. Alt+F,A Save the document under a different file name (save as).
This shortcut will apply a filter to your data based on the criteria

Reduce a selection. This works the same way as expanding a

selection, but backward.

Selects a column. Once the column is selected, you can use the left

Update a field. This is the same as right-clicking a field and

19. Shift+F4 Repeat the last "Find" action. This one's handy because you can
use it to browse search results without having the Find and
Replace window or Navigation pane open.
20. Ctrl+Shift+F5 Jump the previous edit you made in your document. Press it again
go one more edit back. Word remembers your last two edits.
21. Shift+F5 Pressing this combo opens the Bookmark window and selects that
bookmark.
22. F6 Go to the next pane or frame in your Word window. You can use
this to navigate the window without using your mouse.f5
23. Alt+Ctrl+F2 Pop up the Open window so you can open a document.
24. Ctrl+F1 Toggles the display of the Ribbon. Expand or collapses the ribbon.
27. F3 Expand an AutoText entry. Type at least the first four letters in
the name of your AutoText entry and then press F3 to expand it
to the full text.
28. F5 Open "Go To" tab on the Find and Replace window. You can use
this to quickly jump to a page, section, bookmark, and so on.
29. F7 Used to spell check and grammar check a document in Microsoft
Apps (e.g. Word).
30. Shift+F3 Switches the text between uppercase, lowercase, and title case. It
allows you to quickly change the text case of your text.
31. Shift+F7 The keyboard shortcut 'Shift + F7' is used for invoking the
thesaurus in MS Word.
32. Shift+Alt+D To insert the date field code in Microsoft Word.
35. Alt+F4 Quit Microsoft Word. This closes all open documents (giving you
the chance to save changes first) and exits Word.
36. Ctrl +D Open the font preferences window.
37. Ctrl+E Align the line or selected text to the center of the text.
38. Ctrl+L Align the line or selected text to the left of the screen.
39. Ctrl+R Align the line or selected text to the right of the screen.
40. Ctrl+J Align the selected text or line to justify the screen.
42. Ctrl+F9 Create a new field code formatting marks in Microsoft Word.
43. Ctrl+F4 Close the current document. You'll be asked to save the document if
you've made any changes.
44. Shift+PgUp Highlights all text above current text cursor position or a page
length of text above current position.
45. Ctrl+M Indent the paragraph
48. Ctrl+O Open the dialog box or page for selecting a file to open.
51. Shift+F1 Open Word's "Reveal Formatting" pane, where you can see the
character and paragraph formatting of whatever text you have
selected.
52. Ctrl +F Shortcut for the find command. It will bring up a search box in the
top right corner of the screen.
53. Ctrl+F3 Cut selected text to the Spike. You can cut as much text as you want
this way and it all accumulates on the Spike.
54. Ctrl+I To italicize and unitalicize highlighted selection.
55. Alt+F7 The keyboard shortcut 'Alt+ F7' is used for invoking the search for
any misspelling or grammatical error in MS Word document.
