The Daily Habits Guide is perfect if
you're embarking on a new journey,
needing some positive habits in your
life, or wanting to have more clarity
on how to achieve your goals. The aim
of this workbook is to help you
discover and reflect more about your
strengths, weaknesses and goals.

Through a series of activities, you will


dive deeper in understanding not only
yourself, but your life. I will also
provide you with tools you can print
each week!

One of the most common questions I


receive in my text group is how to
reach a goal when it's hard to know
where to begin. It feels too
overwhelming to incorporate daily
habits that will help you reach your
dreams. That's where I come in- I'm
here for you. This guide is a great
first step to help get you there.

When setting goals, make sure they


follow the S.M.A.R.T. model. The
S.M.A.R.T. model encourages you to
make your goals Specific, Measurable,
Achievable, Relevant, and Time-
bound. I want you to take some time
right now and think about what your
dream life looks like.

gain clarity on your S.M.A.R.T.
goals.

The best way to make our dreams a


reality is to visualize and embody
our higher self... the version of us
who is already living the lifestyle we
wish to have and feeling the way we
want to feel. We must align our
identity with our goals. It’s not
about just acting differently... it’s
about thinking differently and
freeing that person that is already
inside of you. I know you can do
this. I'm smiling as I type this
because I know you're so capable!

Want to start a business? Take steps


each day to become an
entrepreneur. Want to create more
art in your life? Act as if you are an
artist. Want to capture more
moments of you and your family?
Become your own photographer.
How about one of my big goals... be
more organized! Let's become a
clean person who tidies up each
day... and little by little, we'll have
clutter-free homes (and minds!).
There are so many goals we can set
together, but for now, here is a
simple guide. I use this method
when I want to embark on a new
journey.

Now, it's time to get clear on what we want our life to look like. When
you think about your dream life... it encompasses what we do daily. And
what we do daily becomes our identity and our reality.

James Clear, the author of Atomic Habits, shared that, "Every action we
take is a vote for the type of person we wish to become." We must
repeatedly do these two things every day;

1. Decide the type of person you want to be.


2. Prove it to yourself with small wins every day

Our identity is actually derived from the Latin words essentitas, which
means being, and identidem, which means repeatedly. Our identity is
literally our “repeated beingness.” No matter how much we want to
believe that something else is stopping us from living out our dreams, if
we aren't actively participating in changing that, then nothing will
change.

Self-awareness is key. Are you truly participating in making your


dreams become your reality? When you've set a goal in the past, what
happened when you gave in? Where do you slip up? Is it normally your
environment, temptations, or limited beliefs?

As long as we are blaming the outside world, we are giving everyone


else power over our life. As soon as we accept responsibility and take
accountability... we take our power back. We are in the driver's seat of
our happiness, mindset, and success.

You deserve to live the life of your dreams. You deserve extraordinary
experiences. You deserve genuine love. You are the designer of your
life.
