After an inspection conducted under my supervision on September 8, 2023, at municipal generator


within the compound, it has been determined that essential repairs are imperative. The assessment has
revealed several critical issues affecting its performance and reliability. Addressing these concerns is
essential to ensure the continued provision of electricity and the efficient functioning of various
electrical systems that rely on it. Furthermore, proactive repairs and maintenance will significantly
extend the dynamo's operational lifespan, preventing potential disruptions and ensuring a dependable
power supply for essential functions.

With this, immediate repairs and improvements to the municipal generator are imperative.

As per inspection conducted on October 2, 2023 at Generator Facility, it is confirmed that a


comprehensive repair has been successfully completed. The undersigned affirms that through diligent
and skilled efforts, the generator has been restored to optimal working condition. Generator dynamo is
now equipped to provide a reliable and uninterrupted power supply, ensuring the continued functioning
of essential electrical systems and minimizing disruptions.
