The abilities I will like to develop are good communication, good time management as well as
ability to plan, organize and prioritize work in order to develop to increase my capacity to reach
higher levels. I believe effective communication skills which includes listening and speaking is
very essential in any environment I find myself. I will like to develop my communication skills
so as to articulate my thoughts, ideas with my colleagues to perform efficiently and productively.
Time management and prioritizing work will help me feel more in control of my life and work
schedule. This ability will assist me to more efficient in my work. I will be able to meet
deadlines of any projects assigned to me and prevent last minute surprises whilst reducing stress.

I believe making important choice will help me achieve more in life. I believe each day I
need to take new challenges beyond my comfort zone. I must strive to challenge myself
each day to become a better version of who I was yesterday. I need to face my fear and
begin to take more risks. I might fail but I definitely know I will learn a whole lot from
mistakes made. Lastly, I need to make a choice to invest more in acquiring knowledge to
be financially independent

Describe How That Would Look And Feel.

There will be an improvement in my life if I am to increase capacity in the areas


mentioned. I believe the choices we make always have a positive or negative impact in
our life. If I am able to manage my timer efficiently and prioritize projects to avoid
missing deadlines, the quality of work I will deliver will improve significantly, work load
and stress will reduce drastically. Effective communication will help me develop a good
relation with my team members at the workplace and leave a positive impact in their life.

2. What Is Your Strategy For Developing Greater Self-Awareness? Who Will You Enlist To
Help You Learn, Change, And Grow?

Self-awareness is the ability to recognize my strength and weaknesses. The ability to


learn about what triggers my emotions so I can deal with them better. The strategy I will

use to develop my self-awareness is my seeking a professional coach to enhance my
awareness ability. I believe a good coach with the right skills will guide me to get an in
depth understanding of who I am and how others view me to make certain decisions and
help me deal with my emotions at any given time. Also, the ability to listen to people
who provide me with feedback and being open-minded to their thoughts will help me
develop greater self-awareness.

My husband could help me to learn, grow and change as he sometimes makes me aware
of a certain behavior I portray in a given situation.

3. What Is Holding You Back Or Keeping You From Reaching Desired Levels? What Is
Limiting Your Ability To Perform?

Fear, procrastination and self-doubt hold me back from reaching my desired level and
limit my ability to perform. Sometimes, I feel another person could achieve a task better
than I can so I do not give it a try. Fear limits me from taking up many projects as I
always have it in mind I might fail.

4. What Restrictions Have Others Placed On You That Need To Be Removed? What
Restrictions Have You Placed On Yourself That Are Limiting Your Capacity? What
Steps Must Be Taken To Release The Restrictions?

The restriction that others placed on me that I need to remove is I never like to take the
initiative. I like to wait for other people to making decisions concerning a specific task. I
need to build self confidence in myself so I do not limit myself in any given project. I
believe I also need to prepare myself thoroughly to participate in any given task with my
team members.
