performed below company’s expectation. Therefore, the aim of this research is to explore success
factors for ERP implementation in ethio telecom and analyze how success factors affect ERP
implementation success. To the best of the researcher’s knowledge, no study had been conducted in
telecom sector regarding success factors for ERP implementation. This study therefore sought to bridge
