Brief Project The Project is a 3 STOREY RESIDENTIAL SCHOOL PROJECT With the Total
Description: area of 200 sq.m built for the Cabiao Nueva Ecija

Scope Overview:
The 3- Storey Residential School Project design and construction, landscaping, and a thorough estimate that
covers all the labor and services needed to accomplish this project from beginning to end are all included in the
scope of work.

The Sponsors/Owner will be asked to design the project plan and then to approve it. Upon approval, the project
plan will go into the execution phase. If the project has a clearly defined scope, an acceptable budget, cutting-
edge construction techniques, renewable technology, and efficient construction control, it should be possible to
complete it on schedule and within budget.
