WBVF Instruction for Jumper Cable

1. Interview
Before the travelling cable be finished installation and connection. These jumpers below should
be used for the control panel & traction machine commissioning and shaft parts‘ installation.

2. Jumpers of safety line

CN-S4 Jumpers CN-S2 Jumper


CN-S4 Jumpers:
CN_S4-1→CN_S8-2:shaft + car + car top E-stop switches
CN_S8-2→CN_S6-1:interlock switches
CN_S8-2→CN_S8-3:car door lock switches
CN-S2 Jumper:
for pit safety switches(buffers/governor tension/pit E-stop button)

Up limit switch jumper down limit switch jumper


Before up/down limit switches( on FLS) installed & connected, these jumpers should be connected on MAIN
Board, so you can drive the traction machine running up or down.
