General objective:
Students will gain an understanding of "Mijbil the Otter" by Gavin Maxwell, focusing on themes of wildlife conservation, the relationship between humans and animals,
and the environmental impact of our actions.

KNOWLEDGE: Students will know about the endangered species like otter.
COMPRHENSION: Students will be able to understand the characters, place and difficult words.
APLLICATION: Students will be able to apply the newly learnt words in their day-to-day conversation.
SYNTHESIS: Students will be able to rewrite the chapter in their own words.
EVALUATION: Students will be able to assess whether one should tame the endangered species.
Specific objectives:
1. Students will know about rarely heard animal the otter and its characteristics.
2. Students will have more information about Iraq, its river and animals.
3. Students will learn new words and hone their vocabulary.
4. Students will get to know about means of communication people used during 50’s.

Learning outcomes: After reading the topic students will be able to appreciate the relationship between man and animals. They will be able understand that it’s not only
dog and cat which can be tamed, Otters types animals can also be domesticated. Students will be able to summarize the story in their own words

1. Before starting the lesson, it's essential to gauge the students' prior knowledge about
otters, wildlife conservation, and environmental issues.
2. Teacher will begin the lesson by asking students PPT

5. Introduce the book "Mijbil the Otter" by Gavin Maxwell. Provide a brief overview of the
author and the story. Home work:
