Introduction:
Welcome to this past life regression session with cord cutting.

Script

Take a deep breath and begin to focus on the muscles in your toes.
Tense them for a few seconds, and then release the tension. Feel
the relaxation spread through your feet, and up your legs to your
hips.

Now, tense the muscles in your calves, hold for a few seconds, and
release the tension. Feel the relaxation spreading up to your thighs
and hips.

Continue this process, moving up through your body. Tense the


muscles in your abdomen, chest, shoulders, arms, and hands, and
then release the tension. Feel the relaxation spreading through
your body.

Finally, focus on the muscles in your neck and face. Tense them
for a few seconds, and then release the tension. Allow your face
to relax completely.

Now , I want you to imagine yourself in a peaceful place where you


feel safe and comfortable. This could be a beach, a forest, or any
other place that makes you feel relaxed. As you imagine yourself in
this place, allow yourself to take a few deep breaths and relax
your body.
Now, I want you to focus on your third eye, which is the area just
above and between your eyebrows. As you focus on this area, allow
yourself to relax even further.

As you continue to focus on your third eye, I want you to imagine a


staircase in front of you. This staircase leads you to a door, and
beyond that door is the realm of your past lives.

Begin to climb the staircase, counting down from ten to one as you
do so. With each number, you become more relaxed and more open
to accessing the memories of your past lives.

10... 9... 8... 7... 6... 5... 4... 3... 2... 1...

You have now reached the door at the top of the staircase. Open
the door and step into the realm of your past lives.

As you look around, allow yourself to become aware of any


sensations, images, or sounds that come to mind. You may see
glimpses of different times and places, or you may simply feel a
sense of knowing.

Take a moment to explore this realm, and if you encounter any


past lives, take note of what you are seeing, feeling, and
experiencing.

Ask yourself:

Where are you?


Which year is it?
What are you doing in this moment?
Who are the people around you?
What do you see, hear, and feel in this moment?

Now, I want you to focus on any cords or attachments that may be


holding you back. These cords can represent negative energies,
beliefs, or emotions that are connected to your past lives.

Visualize these cords as thick, dark ropes that are attached to


your body. See them clearly in your mind's eye.

Now, I want you to take a deep breath and imagine that you are
cutting these cords with a pair of golden scissors. As you cut each
cord, feel a sense of release and freedom. You are letting go of
anything that no longer serves you.

Take a moment to breathe and feel the energy of the cords being
released from your body. Allow yourself to feel lighter and more
free.

Now begin the process of returning from this past life realm.
Standing in front of the staircase door, slowly make your way back
to your present life by climbing up the stairs.

1... 2... 3... 4... 5... 6... 7... 8... 9... 10...
You have now arrived back in your present life. Take a breath and
feel the fullness of your renewed energy.

Slowly open your eyes and return your breath to its normal pace.
Experience the world around you once more and take pleasure in
being back in your present life. You have now understood the
experiences and knowledge gained from your past lives, and you can
use this to make positive changes in your current life.
