Objective: By the end of this sequence, my pupils should be able to express wish and
desire, ask for / give advice and warn using modals well as to make a public statement on how
to fight fraud and corruption.

 Wishes: past wish, present wish and future wish.
 It is high time/it’s time /it’s about time + The simple past tense.
