AUTHORIZATION LETTER

To Whom It May Concern,

I, Mrs. Susan Bedro, hereby grant authorization to Mrs. Lilibeth F. Herrera to rent and use my establishment
located Brgy. Balantia-an, Balasan, Iloilo. This authorization is valid for the purpose of establishing a formal rental
agreement with Mrs. Lilibeth F. Herrera.

The terms and conditions of the rental agreement for the establishment are as follows:

1. Establishment Description:

- Location: Brgy. Balanti-an, Estancia, Iloilo

- Type of Establishment: Commercial ( for a small eatery)

2. Duration:

- This rental agreement will continue on a month-to-month basis unless either party provides written notice of
termination.

4. Payment Method:

- Payments will be made to Mrs. Susan Bedro through in-person transactions.

5. Maintenance and Repairs:

- By Mrs. Lilibeth F. Herrera

6. Access to Establishment:

- Mrs. Lilibeth F. Herrera will have full access to the establishment during the rental period for business-related
purposes.

I confirm my consent to this rental arrangement, and I am aware of and accept the terms as stated above. I
acknowledge that Mrs. Lilibeth F. Herrera is authorized to rent and use the establishment as specified.

This authorization is effective from the date of this letter and remains valid until further notice or until the rental
agreement is terminated.
