payments. At present most Internet-based bill payments are doneeither using the
online banking services at a particular bank or credit cards. However, it is possible to
link with merchants or utility websites to facilitateonline payment using debit
cards. The payment system is very similar to acredit card. The consumer visits the

allow them to use the banks’ services, they are assured of safety
and high performance speeds through their transactions, thus
increasing customer satisfaction. It was further discovered that the
ATM machines good performance and not running out of order showed
reliability to the customers and thus increasing on customer
satisfaction. However customers were not yet fully sensitized on how
to use the ATM since their cards often get blocked, and this affected
the use of the service were by the customers would end up going back
to the banking halls and due to the cues in the banking halls, the
result can be even to change banks.

Building upon this point, the view’s uncovered in the research shows
that it is favoured to have insurance with money, which was
identified as banks offering an aspect of security protection and
reimbursement against fraudulent activity. The focus groups revealed
that students have an appreciation towards effective banking
services. This issue causes a relaxed perception towards payments in
electronic forms and the holding of payment cards as there is a level
of trust with the banking industry and a feel of insurance that any
undesired activity will be supported by the bank.

(2019) customers ground the trustworthiness of electronic commerce in terms

of its delivery system. This dwell, specifically, on the accuracy of the business’

deliveries in terms of the delivery location and time as well as the decorum

and attitude of the product deliverer. A trustworthy electronic commerce must

always respond to their customers and address their concerns towards the

product or business itself. Additionally, the satisfaction and fulfillment brought

by the products of online business make the business trustworthy.

Michelle Renee D. Ching (2017) Doing online transaction is of convenience,

where Filipinos have limited time to physically perform their necessary tasks

such as paying their utilities and/or sending money to their relatives.Designing

a more secured electronic payment systems will help decrease it.

Furthermore, provision of user friendly applications and systems will help

encourage more Filipinos in adopting it because the current devices that we

have for connecting in the Internet helps in the adoption of the electronic

payment systems, such as for mobile, there are applications that caters fund

transfers and/or bills payments, which makes it easier for Filipinos to execute.

And the kind of electronic payment systems affect the kind of online

transactions that Filipinos use, where having diverse payment schemes will
encourage more Filipinos in doing online transaction using their preferred

method based on their general, privacy, security, and trust perceptions.

eli broqueza (2019) As these kind of transactions enter the modern economy,

it does not mean that there is shortage in cash. Rather, cash transactions are

just reduced and nowadays people have learned to handle their money digitally

with the use of electronics. Some millenials today prefer using credit and debit

cards; rising application Gcash; regular or day-to-day basis for buying meals at

fast foods and restaurants, shopping for clothing, groceries; and even buying

gas at gas stations. Even some highway tollgates uses e-pass instead of

paying in cash.

Faith Anne B. Kang1 (2017) The world is changing faster than ever before

and in today’s fast-paced environment, Information Technology (IT) has

played a major part in many industries including the banking industry. Banking

is essential in the lives of people in all parts of the world. Transactions such

as cash and check deposits, withdrawals, encashments, transfers, and bills

payments in the bank have been made over-the-counter. But since the

inception of the Internet, the rise of online banking has been offered by

businesses to cater the changing needs of the clients. However, the

In a country where cash remains a king like the Philippines, digital
platforms for payments will find it challenging to be widely used in
transactions. Filipinos still have low populations even in terms of
owning bank accounts since most still prefer the tangibility of
physical money.

has provided with two case studies that present how digitalization of
education and financial inclusion in the Philippines has enhanced the
reach of their services. Despite being launched nationally, the TOP
is able to reach poor municipalities and low HDI areas. The
konek2CARD program, on the other hand, specifically targets those in
the rural areas and provides them access to banking and financial
services. The digital technology as applied in education and finance
has indeed benefitted not only those living in urban areas but also
those who are in the margins because of the ease of use and minimal
cost that it offers. Still, there is room for improvement
particularly improving the quality of service and the reach which is
fundamentally an issue of internet infrastructure. Addressing the
digital divide is also important in order to expand the use to older
people who are apprehensive in using digital technology.

Cashless transaction system is used for convenience of the user and easy
access to their money, with that we recommend to the different outlet
store, supermarket etc. all over the Philippine is to shorten the process
undergo of the people who are paying cashless because based on
experience paying in cash is more faster than paying using debit/credit
card so it shows that it is more convenient to use cash than cashless
transaction system.

In this study, the researcher found out that ATM users were typically
young, being more educated, and having higher economic status. Common
problems with the use of ATM were also identified in this study. ATMs
being out of service and customers having to wait in long queues were
the most commonly experienced problems. Additionally, ATMs not
printing receipt and running out of money were also frequently
experienced. Categorically, system-related problems were likely to
occur the most. This means that most ATM related problems had the
ATM’s system itself as its source. Furthermore, ATM users were
significantly different with their ATM usage in terms of their age,
education, income, civil status, and occupation. Older, educated,
married, employed and higher earning groups tend to have higher or
greater ATM usage as compared to their counterparts.
