This robs people of happiness. 2) Like noticing a missing tile in a ceiling full of tiles, people often emphasize what they lack instead of what is present. This can negatively impact health and cause unhappiness. 3) To prevent this, one should be grateful for what they have, content with what they possess, and not covet what others have. Focusing on improving controllable factors like attitude is better than worrying about things beyond one's control.
