After finishing the prototype assignment, we proceed to the final project discussion.
Our group has agreed to use the results from the prototype to be used during the final
project which is UPSIAN CLOUD. After that, JANE sent a draft of the questionnaire
that will be used during the interview and are still on discussion to fix it. My team
members and I need to find feedback from users and prepare for the interview. I have
also sent the UPSIAN CLOUD logo which has been edited as an example using
Canva and have made some examples that will show users how to use the application
and how actually the app is functional in the details.
From this design is easy to show the candidates who need to answer the questionnaire
the demonstrating flow of this app and can take to effectively showcase its
functionality to help the user to understand its functionality clearly. This also helps a
user understand the app's relevance and how it can fit into their everyday lives user.
This clear visualization can help the candidate to ask questions and address any
concerns they may have. This may be taken to improve the UPSIAN CLOUD.
Before,doing the prototype,one of our group member has give suggestion that want to
do new branded.we all agree than we started to help and find the advantages and
disadvantages from doing online shopping for example I find for grab mart.After
that,we had discussion with online google meet.We had discuss our new branded that
called” UPSIAN CLOUD”.After that we had divided our tasks for our prototype.I
have give the prototype to our leader in my group member from our categories in
UPSIAN CLOUD app for Food that she can finalize and combined it.We meet at
library to do the shooting for prototype and it went successful.
While for now, I find a few people,maximum 5 or more that I can take the
information for them like what they prefered to use from our project prototype.For
example,food ,mart or dobby.And also asked their suggestion what they prefer like
food panda,grab or shoppe food.I use the question that had do from our group .
Before we started to make a formal prototype, my team members and I had no ideas.
On May 5th, we opened a WhatsApp group and Sudhani gave her opinion - making a
brand new app. With the agreement of all, we started to discuss the function of the
application. In order to better understand the functions of food, we also find the pros
and cons of each application in order to make the functions of our application more
comprehensive and bring more convenience to users.
During the period from May 9th to 11th, my team members and I submitted our
drafts to the group and our app also got a new logo from Raihana. This is so that we
can fill in our own inadequacies. After the combined prototype, we showed it to our
lecturer — Dr Amily for review on May 12th. After being changed by the lecture, we
immediately went to buy the materials for making the prototype and set the time for the
next meeting. On May 13th (Saturday), our group discussed again and assigned each
member their respective responsibilities. Although I couldn't participate because of
something I had to do today, I have been asking questions about various aspects in the
group, and the members also answered my questions in the group and told me what I
need to do each member finished their part it was handed over to Sudhani for final
check and finalization. Because there are still some things that need to be changed, our
group went to the library at noon on May 18th and 19th to make changes. After our
changes were completed on May 19th, we also successfully carried out the shooting
task. On that day, two members, Sudhani and Kamaliea, also edited the video and
submitted tasks in the library until 8 pm.
So far, my team members and I have completed the prototype paper and
prototype video. Just at noon on 30/05/2023 (Tuesday), I submitted to my team
members a draft of the questions needed in the questionnaire. Then the team members
and I also started to discuss the time to discuss the questions about the questionnaire
and the candidates who need to answer the questionnaire.

I did a little brainstorming and eventually came up with a concept and was able to
develop a new app called UPSIAN APP. Following multiple discussions, I came up
with the concept for a UPSIAN APP that would offer three separate services: meal,
laundry and mart. Based on the concepts I provided, I had to sketch out some general
guidelines and create a simple prototype. We changed the name of the UPSIAN APP
to the UPSIAN CLOUD when I pitched my concept to my teammates, and all of them
agreed with it. As a result, we began to brainstorm all of the ideas, and I assigned
them responsibility for completing it. All of the team members handed in the pros and
drawbacks of the application they researched. Each of them completed the prototype's
layout wonderfully and we all discover more about which components that we should
include it. Following that, we held an online meeting to ensure that everyone was
aware of the tasks that needed to be completed. As a result, we tend to consider
creating a new logo and Raihana was excellent at doing so. After several discussions,
we produced the prototype and learned more about the good aspects and cons of this.
Hence, we decided to meet our lecturer to get some more further details and get some
advices on how to improve it. We did the prototype draft after multiple discussions
and learned more about the positive aspects and drawbacks of this. We conducted a
discussion at Bitarasiswa and we began to enhance the draft by choosing appropriate
icons and removing extraneous buttons. We began production of the final prototype
with the division of tasks in the prototype after making improvements. Therefore, we
managed to finalised all of the prototype and we record the video. So,we completed
the prototype and recorded the video. All of them play their role while Sudhani and
Kamalia were in charge of the editing parts. We encountered various difficulties,
including the inability to upload the video into the Google Drive, which we attempted
for several hours before finally completing. So, for the time being, we have begun to
discuss the final project for the questionnaire and the candidates who must answer the
questionnaire.
