Uniform Exemption Letter

John Frances A. Roque, a fifth-year architecture student at Cebu Institute of Technology University, wrote a letter to Mr. John Gregory B. Escario, Vice-President for Administration, requesting an "Exemption Uniform ID Card". Roque needs to visit the university in casual attire to get a thesis coordinator's signature before visiting their thesis location. As a graduating student conducting a thesis project, wearing the uniform on these trips would be inconvenient. Roque included their student evaluation to prove they are a graduating student and hopes to obtain the exemption card.

Dear Mr. Escario,

Greetings!

I am John Frances A. Roque, a fifth-year Architecture student (graduating) at Cebu Institute

of Technology University. I am writing to request an "Exemption Uniform ID Card."

As a graduating student who is conducting a thesis project, I have to go to the university

wearing a uniform to request for a signature from our thesis coordinator before we visit our
thesis location on the same day. In line with this, it is convenient to visit the location not
wearing the uniform. Since we cannot enter the school premises without wearing the
uniform, this request would allow me to wear a decent casual attire to enter the university.

I am hoping for your consideration and that I could obtain the Exemption Uniform ID Card.

I will be sending my Student Temporary Evaluation along with this letter as proof that I am a
graduating student.

Thank you very much, and I hope you have a good day ahead!

Sincerely,

John Frances A. Roque

Dear Mr. Escario,

Greetings!

I am Krisvern Marie A. Basalo, a fifth-year Architecture student (graduating) at Cebu Institute

of Technology University. I am writing to request an "Exemption Uniform ID Card."

I would like to request an exemption from wearing the school uniform for the reason of
thesis-related activities that involve traveling to distant locations, that we make use of our
uniform and for the reason that its already tight for me to wear. While I understand the
importance of adhering to the dress code on campus, wearing the uniform during extended
journeys can be quite uncomfortable and impractical. It can also be challenging to maintain
in uniform during site visits when the uniform might not be the most suitable attire for the
specific work we are doing.

I am hoping for your consideration and that I could obtain the Exemption Uniform ID Card.

I will be sending my Student Temporary Evaluation along with this letter as proof that I am a
graduating student.

Thank you very much, and I hope you have a good day ahead!

Sincerely,

Krisvern Marie A. Basalo
