Display Items Description


[Editing] The job is being edited with AccurioPro Print Manager or with the touch panel of the main body.
[Status] [Edited] The job has been edited with AccurioPro Print Manager or with the touch panel of the main body.
[Processing] The re-RIP is in progress, banner page data is being created, or booklet data is being created.
Displays the print end date of the hold job.
The jobs which were duplicated in the Job Management screen, saved in the Job Edit, Page Edit, or Tone
[Print End]
Curve Adjustment screen, and recalled to [Hold Job] are displayed as [Unprinted]. The jobs which can be
edited only with the touch panel of the main body are displayed blank.
Displays PS, PDF, PDF (APPE), TIFF, JPEG, or PPML jobs only. Any other jobs than PS, PDF, PDF (APPE),
[PDL]
TIFF, JPEG, or PPML jobs are not displayed.
[PDL File size] Displays the size of the PDL file. Displays PS, PDF, PDF (APPE), TIFF, JPEG, or PPML jobs only.
[Output Tray] Displays the output tray specified to the job. Displays PS, PDF, PDF (APPE), TIFF, JPEG, or PPML jobs only.
[Highlight Unprinted Jobs] The characters of the job displayed as [-] in the [Print End] column are indicated blue.

2.2.3 Active Job List / History List
Active Job List
The Active Job list displays the information on the active jobs being processed with the machine.
The information of 100 jobs that have later [Date Stored] is displayed in the processing order.

*2 [Number of Remaining Pages to Be Printed] is blank when:


■ A hold job, HDD job, or secure job is re-printed by one copy from
AccurioPro Print Manager or the touch panel of the main body.
■ [Print] is performed by one copy using the copy function of this machine.
■ [Hold + Print] is performed using the copy function of this machine. You can right-click on
the header item to

The [History] list screen is displayed by switching the screen using the button on the AccurioPro Print Manager screen.
The job history can be saved in a file in the CSV format

2.3.9 Export
Outputs the hold jobs to a file.
Only the administrator can perform this operation. Enter the password set on PageScope Web Connection.

Exporting a Hold Job
Store a job in the hold job list to the job file.

The export function supports:


- saving the selected job in the computer;
- Select multiple jobs and save them all together
- Use the import function to restore the saved file to a temporarily saved job

You can export print jobs that are set to PS, PDF, PDF (APPE), TIFF, JPEG, or PPML as the PDL type displayed in the job list, but you cannot do
other types of print jobs, print jobs from the PPD driver, or copy jobs.

In the case of export of a single job: [File name] + [Date and time] .icjx ex: 528U.pdf 20180201140531.icjx
In the case of export of a multiple job: [multi-backup] + [Date and time] .icjx ex: multi-backup 20180201140718.icjx

If you select Save As when saving [select name].icjx

2.3.10 Upload / Import Job
Upload: Uploads a file to be imported as a hold job, HDD job, or secure job.
Import: Imports the backup file into a hold job.

Importing a job
Import the exported job, and return it to the hold job list.
1. Click [Upload/Import Job] in [Job Management].
2. Specify the job to be imported, and click Open.

The available file format is ICJX.


Multiple files cannot be selected to be imported.

If you import a [multi-backup] .icjx file that exported multiple jobs, it will be restored as the individual job.

2.3.11 Create Box
Up to 1,000 boxes can be created for each of the HDD box and secure box.

HDD box: The box name can be specified using up to 20


one-byte characters (10 two-byte characters).
Enter the password as needed. You can enter up to
8 one-byte characters for the password.
Secure box: The box name and password can be specified using
up to 8 one-byte characters.
The password is required.

C) Create a shortcut for a hot folder
The shortcut name is set to [Hot Folder name (IP address of the currently connected machine)].

2.4.2 Default Registration Configuration
Displays the Default Registration Configuration screen.
When logging in while user authentication settings are not configured on the machine, select whether to display the Registration dialog box or log
in as the last user. This screen is not displayed when user authentication settings are configured on the machine.

Units Tab: Specify the format to display the date and time. Select the length unit from mm or inch.
RIP Tab: Configure RIP settings. Clicking returns various settings to the defaults.

10 Yes, but after multiple jobs are merged, although print setting can be changed, re-rip will be only executed for one job.
