Ms Republic ofthe Plippines of Coucation REGION IV-A CALABARZON, SCHOOLS DIVISION OF IMUS CITY April 18, 2022 DIVISION MEMORANDUM To: No. 122, s. 2022 DEVELOPMENT OF SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLAN (SIP) SY 2022-2025 Assistant Schools Division Superintendent CID Chief Education Supervisor OIC-SGOD Chief Education Supervisor Public Elementary and Secondary School Heads/OICs All Division Appraisal Committee (DAC) Members All Public School-Community Planning (SPT) Team Members All Interested Private Elementary and Secondary School Heads/Administrators Allothers concerned Cognizant with the Basic Education Development Plan (BEDP) 2030 and pursuant to Republic Act No. 9155 known as “Governance of Basic Education Act of 2001” and DepEd Order No. 44, s. 2015 titled “Guidelines on the Enhanced School Improvement Planning (SIP) Process and the School Report Card (SRC),” this Office announces the timeline for the development and appraisal of the School Improvement Plan (SIP) for SY 2022-2023-SY 2024-2025 of all public schools and interested private schools within the division, Resources needed in the crafting of the SIP can be downloaded at https:/bit.ly/SDOIC- 52022-2025. These include SIP Instructional Videos, SIP Design Template, SIP Style Guide, SIP Quality Assessment Tool, SIP Appraisal Process, and copy of DepEd Order No, 44, s, 2015 (attached in the DO is the SIP Guidebook). The outline of the contents of the SIP shall consists of the four chapters and must be duly signed by the School-Community Planning Team (See Enclosure 1) This Office also informs the field about the Schedule of Activities for the Development, Appraisal, and Evaluation of the School Improvement Plan (See Enclosure 2) as well as the composition of the Division Appraisal Committee (DAC) (See Enclosure 3). The tool shall assess the quality of SIP through the following attributes: clarity, completeness, alignment, relevance, responsiveness, feasibility, appropriateness, and comprehensiveness, The process flow of the appraisal and approval of SIP is also included and attached herewith (See Enclosure 5). Anent to this, the revised division targets aligned with the intermediate outcomes, strategies and enabling mechanisms of the BEDP 2030 with respect to the pillars of Access, Equity, Quality, Resiliency and Governance will be released in a separate memorandum, For inquiries and clarifications, please contact Ms. Matea-Alvyn H.
