هو الزمن الذي نستخدمه للتحدث عن فعل أو حدث معين يحدث بشكر متكررأي أنه حدث: زمن المضارع البسيطpresent simple1./

while , when , at that time , all night…معين في الماضي ومازال مستمرا حتى الوقت الحاضر و يكون الفعل طويال ظهور األدوات.
