NOTE –

1. ART EXAMINATION FOR CLASSES VI-VIII WILL BE CONDUCTED IN CLASS ON 19.09.2023


2. COMPUTER & HINDUSTANI MUSIC/ART EXAMINATION WILL BE OF 2 HRS, REST ALL THE EXAMINATION
WILL BE OF 3 HRS.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. The school will remain closed for the students for preparation leave on 20th September, 2023 (Wednesday)
2. Timing for the examination:
Reporting Time: 07:20 a.m.
Dispersal Time: 10:45 a.m.
3. Last date to clear all fee dues till the month of August is 14-09-2023 (Thursday)
4. Students whose dues are not cleared and short of attendance (80%) will not be enrolled for the examination. (Please
refer School Diary, Pg-30 Point No. 21). Those who have paid the fees and have 80% attendance will be given
admit card on 18th September, 2023 in the class. Without admit card no one will be allowed to sit in the examination.
5. A student who will use unfair means during examination will be debarred from the examination. (Please refer
School Diary, Pg-31 Point No. 2).
6. School will re-open from 9th October, 2023 Monday.
Reporting Time: 07:20 a.m.
Dispersal Time: 01:10 p.m.
