Starter Activity: Checking Prior Knowledge: - 5mins
After a quick recap of the previous lesson teacher will write all 4 tools of Microsoft Office
Mark which has done
And let them choose the correct option between MS Access and MS PowerPoint

 Teacher will show both one PowerPoint slide and MS Access sheet
 After obviously they will choose PowerPoint as it looks attractive .

Explain and demonstrate the following skills as per the e-book by performing the “Part 1” of “Let’s Present”

After demonstration learners will be asked to practice the skills by using handout.
